Vixen Inc. itself is a massive, multiple (almost all) industry company, competing and collaborating with Virgin Industries, along with other Trattorian companies. It was created by Emerians a long time before Emeria made first contact with the Nehellium, but was forged into the powerful economic engine it is now by the VAMI Briggs.

When the now VAMI AI named Briggs arrived as a Mafiosi in Emeria to begin setting up shop in Emeria as an Extra-Galactic means of income for the growing Mob. Since then, he has worked on and spoke for the Mob's interests in Emeria and has molded his company as the top dog in Emeria, absorbing all other companies and industries. The total economic monopoly in Emeria has caused Vixen to become one of three pinnacles of Emeria's government. Because of Vixen, the mafia has immense sway in the Emerian Empire.
