No one knows much about this mysterious monochromatic avian, not even whether he is white or actually a bird.
The only things we can say for certain is that he has something against the letter 'e' appearing right next to itself (possibly stemming from a traumatic incident involving his father, a meat cleaver, and his penis) and that he is mostly harmless by all accounts. Like a stray cat, he is apparently prone to wander the interwebz, sporadically reappearing anywhere he has received even the slightest hint of welcome.
