The point of laying wire is to block things such as the opening to your base, trench etc. If you had alot of them they could all make a big wall,and i meant move points not turns.

double wielding rule

if your minifig has 2 weapons he may use them both in one turn.
if two weapons hit the same target add the damage they do together.
A character can triple wield if the minifig can hold three weapons (ect multi armed minifig)

a few important questions

are you supposed to make costum cards for your different warrior types or just use the cards on the supplements page? in the rulebook all the weapons have a number in a colum called use. what is use? Sorry about all these questions but i'm new
