Re: Lego doodles POST THEM
Where did the head you're using come from? I like the bandit mask look it has.

Re: Best-Lock Stargate SG-1: A review
I never realized how blessed I was to have an aunt that had already bought Lego for her own kids.

Re: Favorite Scenarios?
A completely arbitrary one I tend to use is the bar fight. The setup is: you each control one unarmed fig and they need to get something from the bar they're in. Of course, the bartender always has a shotgun behind the counter. Hilarity ensues.

Re: TIME TRAVEL
Yes, but we're looking for the kind of time travel that let's us go back in time to warn ourselves not to have started this thread in the first place.

Yeah, but managing that would just make everyone's turn take an eon or three.stubby wrote:I heard the Asterial Plate has over 15,000 minifigs.

Re: TIME TRAVEL
What's your point? I mean, it's BrikWars, we don't exactly focus on being intelligent very often. Still, if you want to change that, add some points to the list. It's not like you need permission to throw in a dozen or so possibilities for the list.

Re: TIME TRAVEL
You misunderstand, I am not saying you can go back to a time within the same battle. While that seems like a plausible outcome, it would be too much of a headache to figure out how everything would work out. I'm saying you would go to the distant past or future. For example, let's say you rolled a 6...

Not necessarily. When you end up is determined by what you roll.

Re: TIME TRAVEL
This is meant to be for an actual game? I thought we were just doing silly d100 lists like those for the Rod of Wonder etc What he said. I mean, yeah you could use it in a game, but this is more silliness for silliness sake. However, I still maintain that if time travel it available, you absolutely...

Re: TIME TRAVEL
Yeah, I got that from reading every word of this thread. What I didn't get, and what you still haven't answered, where/when they're travelling to. Arkbrik's explanation makes sense, but I still have no idea how you intended it to be. Where you go depends on what you're using to travel in. If you ha...

Fine, if we really need good results. 36: The time travelers bring back their future selves to help out. 37: Weapons from the future come to the time travellers. 38: The time machine unleashes a dragon that attacks everything. 39: Nothing important happens while they're in the past/future, but when ...

Jump on the bandwagon time! 21: Go back in time and get immediately stepped on by a dinosaur that says "I am a Stegosaurus." Does not matter if dinosaur is actually a stegosaurus. 22: The time machine goes exactly where you want it to... only the time machine. 23: Time machine sends you to an altern...

Re: A Cuusoo Project That Doesn't Suck
Holy shit, that's a thing? After seeing that, it's incredible how similar the two sets are. Small real-world store, a worker fig and a customer, exclusive briks, it's a serious case of deja vu. Well, at least I know I can probably snag the old set if Cuusoo doesn't let the idea go through.

A Cuusoo Project That Doesn't Suck
I know there's been a little animosity towards Cuusoo lately, but it might still be worth it if they put this project through: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/15229# . Can you imagine it? Actual McDonalds sets we can put in our cities so they can be blown to smithereens. A Lego store in your Lego ...
