Re: The Apotheosis of Dakka

Love the shell casings all over the floor, and the muzzle flash. I'd be scared.

The bike is alright, but I really love the name "Bleaktron". I'm not sure you've nailed the aesthetics for it yet, but I'm gonna encourage you to keep at it, maybe go sort of a Post-Apoc direction with it and use lots of dark grey and black and brown.

I love playing Sniper the most, but you nailed the look of the Spy. Nice work.

The scale on this thing seems a bit wierd. I want to imagine a human to fill up about half a stud but it doesn't make sense when you have huge sections of your bridge made entirely of glass. The guns also seem too flimsy and out of proportion as well. The SNOT is good but you could break the plain ...

Battlecruiser BASCOM

I finally built a true 100 stud+ SHIP, with SNOT techniques and huge guns and all that pretentious stuff we all love. I even finally managed to work in those solar panels that have been sitting in my bins for years. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4096/4739836214_76c3e8d43c_o.jpg The BASCOM is a 32"-...

I loved the swamp in the corner with the t-rex, and the biplane that showed up mid-game.

Very nice, I like the concept of building a ship around a weapon, like the Ion Frigates in Homeworld. Now you just need a target big and slow enough to hit!

None of them are 100 stud status, but I'm working on a pair of new cruisers that should hit that arbitrary benchmark.

I think you need two or more vessels to call it a fleet, but good start.

Is anyone interested in a large ship build off? I figure we give like three months for it. Besides that there would not be to many rules. If you are interested please post here. If there are a few who want to do it then I will try to get some decent rules up and we can start to build. What's a brot...
