Has anyone played Exile/Avernum?
I never played exile realy, tried it for a few minutes one time, but found the graphics and controls to clunky. I cut my teeth in computer RPGs on the original Avernum when it was brand new. It is by far one of the best games I have ever played. Were there areas that could have used some polish? Sur...

Re: The Battle of Bunker 42 (Turn 0: Roll off and army build
Alcatraz has dropped from the game, so I am taking over the Hiksos defenders, and somehow it is fitting that I do so, because they are my army to begin with. Here are the images of the Zombies emerging from the sea, and the Hiksos preparing to meet their advance: http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...

The Battle of Bunker 42 (Turn 1: The Waiting Game)
This is the first real turn of the battle: The Hiksos are awaiting the zombies closing into range of their guns and the zeds are advancing: the player for the zedz should post his orders, such as zombie's trying to make attacks out of range. Re: Space Pirates
I voted for Gurta Grindsaw: having an orc, and more than that a female orc as one of your top lieutenants is seriously badass. I also like the double buzz saws as backup weapons.

Re: GMC Armory
An advantage of possessing seventeen inhabited planets includes being able to institute different policies on some of them as a test of the concept, for this reason we have begun issuing 'Wampum' disks on three of our worlds, which are equal to similar Dinari but backed by a certain value of stored ...

Oh, we have those too, but with those assets you naturally do not want civilians, no matter how rich, to be able to buy one. It is the concerted opinion of our government that your use of warships as a backing for your currency is both short sighted and dangerous. We would advise you to acquire larg...

Unlike your worthless scraps of cotton paper each Denarius is for one thing made from an artificial gemstone, and for another backed by a small fraction of the over a billion kilograms of gold bullion held in the Imperial Palace vaults.Zupponn wrote:Also known as $5.The Third World wrote:ten thousand Dinari

Re: When Brikwars Dreams: Roleplaying Wargame
Quick question: Can I run Two "parties" that are both out to kill each other? I was thinking of having an "Azure Heaven Sedition" group with a "Hiksos Star Empire" assassination team following them and both sides trying to do the other one in. The Hiksos are an 'Immortal-Ally' and the Seditionists a...

The Battle of Bunker 42 (Turn 0: Roll off and army build.)
OK, we have our Zombie player and our Garrison Commander: the Garrison Commander (That's you Alcatraz) needs to pick and his forces, and describe to me where they are in/on the bunker. While that is going on The two of you should roll off for first round each turn. (and BTW, you both want the second...

ONE world? You really have no ambition do you?
I jest, welcome to the forum man. As a fellow noob around here let me just say: as long as you can handle the profanity and outright disgusting things people do around here you should fit in fine.
