Re: The official LOOT topic

Man fountain pens, just think of all the jazzy shoes you could've bought with all that money. I also bought some Red Wings boots, which are pretty nice. What Red Wings did you get? I'm eyeing the Iron Rangers myself. Beckmans in the black cherry finish: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/original...

Actually I have normal sized hands, and these pens are relatively short, that ruler at the top is 6 inches long,

That pen was $300 and I don't regret it at all.

You're not serious.
Sadly I am,a nd that's what makes it worse, those gold nibs get expensive, it's like crack, you get one, and think "wow, I need more". On the plus side, I can now write full on gothic blackletter, albeit quite badly,

Re: The official LOOT topic

So, while I was away, I got a new hobby, and it's even more financially destructive than lego: http://i.imgur.com/rHqbrR1.jpg I have spent over a thousand dollars on bloody fountain pens in the space of half a year (not having any expenses was great) , so I think if I buy more lego, I won't buy more...

Re: Introduce yourself!

Hey Y'all, posting here as I decided I might come back again, as I'm moving out of home within the next two months and not sure whether to pack any lego for the uni life, and I'm also thinking of getting back into wargaming and role playing (my D&D group collapsed.) Does anyone here live in Adelaide...

Re: New sets discussion (2014/15)

I know, I know, but it just kinda blew my mind. I'd been looking at that alł excited for Lego universe for ages, and never known it was his work. I feel like it kinda explains the Brikwars sort of feel that game had conceptually, though. It's funnier than that. If you remember the really early prev...

Re: New Tank For the 45th Union!

I have to say, that affect for the tank firing is fantastic. As soon as I have the parts, I think I'm transitioning to brick-built effects over photography.. it just adds something fantastic to Brikwars. It really does, especially red transparent blood for dead minifigs, it really brings scenes to ...
