Yeah those are some great options. Sand King is another great hero to learn initiators. Blink Dagger + his Ultimate wrecks teamfights. EDIT - Earth Shaker and Sand King were my original fall back heroes. They're nice since they require at least some skill to use while still being easy to understand....

Well I didn't end up getting my orders in. I've been at a conference all weekend since Thursday, so suffice to say I was just a little bit busy. I will have my orders in by tomorrow at the latest.

These were great design examples. I might use some of them when I build the ship for my coming team (which I will hopefully be able to post relatively soon).

Wow I haven't felt like playing this game in the longest time, but finding this thread made me want to get back to playing it. Especially since something happened to my Civ 5 and I don't feel like trying to fix it

Just finished reading through all of this, and I gotta say, it's pretty dam cool. If there are any spots available (hero, faction, whatever), I'll gladly take one.
