Another bout of inactivity, but look, an update!

Added the AUTOPAT Robotic Patrol Car.

I like the mechs, although I do agree that the legs look a bit off.

Also digging the color scheme.

Accurate or not, I think the Femmespartan looks pretty cool in that bunch.
