Re: Fallout 3
Doing a game set in the rebuilt parts of the NCR would be cool, but I think it would be too different from the rest of the series (particularly the latest 2) to really feel like fallout. Is that really a problem though? The fallout universe is full of different play styles, and 3 and NV are almost ...

Re: Fallout 3
We should start writing our own script for Fallout 4. One more question, though. Should we keep that to this thread or move it into a new thread? For setting, I'm thinking either Boston or Denver, somewhere familiar, but fresh. A main antagonist would be difficult, but I'm sure the lexicon of knowl...

Re: Fallout 3
I don't want to see the NCR in Massachusetts. That's inexcusable. Who says anything about it being in Boston? The fallout folks confirmed that the "Fallout: Shadow of Boston" thing was a hoax by some Russians and wasn't happening. If anything, I think that the town of Dayglow is the best location f...

Re: New sets discussion (2014/15)
Kinda like how Galaxy Squad was Power Armor Future Soldiers that are totally-not-Starship Troopers fighting Giant Bugs in SPAAAACE!!!!? Or how Adventurers was not-"Indiana Jones before TLC had the licence"? Galaxy Squad seemed like it was much more its own thing. Lego has had a lot of "giant bugs f...

They seemed more like GDI ones to me, save for the barracks, which does have a more nod vibe to it.BFenix wrote:Command & Conquer: Brikwars
I like the resemblance to NOD's buildings
The DOD should look into doing that to US military bases, and just mount a giant metal eagle on the roof of the building.

Re: Fallout 3
I disagree on the doors thing. No, the point of those things is that they ARE an option. For things like a locked door which is necessary to progress for a quest, they always give you some other way to get the key. But when you have a purely optional lock, the point is to reward characters that hav...

Re: Fallout 3
On a related note, what do you guys want in Fallout 4? I've got a fairly long list of story elements I don't want to show up (FEV, Super Mutants, Enclave), unless they have it be like it was in NV where those elements are there, but not a massive part of the plot. In 3, having them be such massive ...

Ugh. Stop making me feel old.
Though given that Lego made a Darth Revan minifig, it seems that they think KOTOR isn't too old.

Lego Ebon Hawk. Why isn't this a set yet?

Yes, I'm aware of that. Stubby noticed it a couple months ago. Hence the "I'm surprised it took this long for someone to implement that".Silverdream wrote:

Re: New sets (2014/15)
I do like the bird sets, they are clever, and not like the normal stuff (i.e branded things made lego....) you get on the fan-sets lineup. I think the reason fan-sets do so well is that there's a large, built-in group group of people who will vote for it, and a large market of people who will likel...

Re: [HH]Highway to the Danger Zone
Looks very good, I'm glad the danger zone rules seem to be fairly balanced. If I ever get my stuff unpacked, I might run a test battle with more ground elements to see how they work in a more combined-arms atmosphere. Buzz: "Sounds like fun. Say, do you have a profile on Battlegrindr?..." Was that a...

Use my action to sprint over to the other side of the sewer plant over to where flash is, and if the chance comes up, board the space mafia car that they left for us.

Re: Brikwars MTG
Is the idea that you would actually play mtg games with these "brikwars" cards? Or is this more of just a thought experiment that's kind of fun to think about? I'm hoping to get some usable decks built. I'm doubtful that they'll see much in the way of real world usage, but we could probably run a c...
