Re: Multi-use weapons/countering
1. I think I miss-phrased the first question. The weapons do have all the stats of the 3 inch ones. I only mentioned the increased hit chance to clarify that they still had that greater chance of being sniped off, despite them not being that big on the model. 2. excellent. 3. darn. I kinda figured t...

Re: The future of Brikwars RPG's
I've been working on a homebrew Brikwars RPG based on the some of the mmos created by Spacetime Studios (Star Legends and Pocket Legends, specifically). Since you guys seem to be having some trouble with the XP system, I'll share what I've developed and confuse the issue some more.....uh, I mean hel...

Multi-use weapons/countering
Lately I've taken to using Bohrok models as part of my army, mostly in the same role other people use dreadnoughts. I usually arm them with a 3 inch ranged weapon and a 3 inch melee weapon (They don't actually have weapons that big, but I count the little 1 inch weapons they come with as being that ...

Re: Da Orks
What do mean "the big one isn't the the boss"? Thone boyz have completely forgotten what it means to be an ork. I'm afraid you're gonna have to crump 'em, before their non-orkyness spreads. On second thought, they did come up with the dakkagun. Something that awesome could only have been made by the...

Re: My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Yeah, I'm working on getting the armor built. I'm gonna use a republic fighter tank for heavy armor, and its been a huge pain trying to find one. The rest of the armor and other units are just taking a while to build because I'm busy with school. I'll repost the whole army once I get the last couple...

Seems like I'm not the only one to have this idea, though I like his take on the concept more that mine. Hope Lego picks these up as real sets, that would be awesome.

Re: Protoype Fig
Yeah, I'm not planning to bother with using magic rules either, just having him use a wizard feat to do whatever I want.

Re: My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Yeah, the A-10 is seeming designed around being put to use in BrikWars. Too bad mine's so huge I can't use it in all but the largest battles. Though seeing it one shot medium tanks is definitely worth it. Seeing every AA gun, trooper, Hero, missile weapon, and mounted weapon capable of pointing up t...

Re: Protoype Fig
You can fit anything on the back of the card. Fit anything with a readable font size maybe not. In all seriousness, you can fit it, a lot of this entry is stuff like weapon stats or personal bio, which wouldn't go on the actual stat card.

Re: My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Ok, onto the vehicles. I only have four, and with one exception, they are devoid of color theme and general ascetics, but they work pretty well. http://i46.tinypic.com/119tpxg.jpg An A-10 Warthog ground attack aircraft. Huge, well armed, heavily armored, slower speed, and very expensive. Only appear...

Re: My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Yeah, I think you're right about the commando. I've removed the 1d4 boost, but scaled back the melee penalty to -1d4 instead 0f 1d6. I didn't think of the effect it would have on using them as gunners, so I think they do need to have a slight nerf. Since I usually only fielded two of them, the firep...

Protoype Fig
I've created a special figure for use in large scale battles, and am posting his stats and picture here. He's extremely powerful, but is also ludicrousness expensive, costing as much as 11 standard troopers. Based on Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files Book Series. http://i50.tinypic.com/2qncoyo.jp...

Re: My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Thanks for the feedback. The reason I included the cooldown penalty was that in test battles without it, you could spam the ability and the Space Marines were almost unbeatable, so the feats need a drawback to force strategic use and give opponents a chance to recover from a feat-powered assault. I'...

My First MOC Army (needs some feedback)
Ok, so I'm creating a custom army for use in BrikWars, and I need some feedback regarding my new unit stats. The gist of it is I've boosted the stats of the units by one or two points, added some traits to some of the units, given them each a defined feat that they can use without failure repercussi...
