Man, after watching everyone else try to explain it and not getting the message across, I feel dumb for even trying, but: If you did damage in the normal fashion, your ships would last a lot longer, not less long. All ships already have HP equal to their length, and it costs the Armor Rating to dama...

It's like the playmobil version of a Dragon Masters minifig.

Actually it looks a lot like the style they use for the new Duplo castle sets, too.

Nope, turns out Professor Ken's right on this one. If you drop below a certain size-to-price ratio, sales dry up completely. People like to think they're rational about their purchasing decisions, but they're just not, and Lego has decades of real-life data about buying patterns to prove it. If they...

I sort of have to agree with Warhead, this is getting kind of annoying. But at least it resulted in posting some cool pictures of ACs and Gundams.

And now, the battles still in progress: THEBLACKDOG AND LORDOFBRICKS: IN PROGRESS Lordofbricks tips the wagon over, causing the Vladdies to scramble. Theblackdog drops his banana, making his horse slip and fall; he backflips over the fallen wagon to decapitate a chump in an awesome move. Theblackdog...

Rainbow War II: Jellybean Apocalypse: Gaiden - Turn 3

Just to maintain my own sanity, here's the recap of events so far. First off, the victories: WARHEAD (deceased) AND ARKBRIK: VICTORY Warhead attempted the fishslap maneuver and took an axe in the face for his trouble; meanwhile Arkbrik converted an enemy to his side through the power of communist or...

Regular creations and minifigs can attack with TWO ranged weapons under one action if they are able to fire them both (two one-handed weapons, not a one-hander and a two-hander). Nope. A regular minifig or Creation can attack with two close combat weapons or ONE ranged weapon. If a minifig is pilot...

Curse those pacifistic Germans! Every time I had a good idea at Lego, marketing would come back at say "the German mothers will never go for this, it's too scary." I'm not talking like multi-bladed death machines or torture chambers (I gave up on those after the first two years), I'm talking about t...

Here bl!tzen, my respected colleague if you don't like it tell me and I can try for a different look. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3521/3823712809_80a6c19649_o.png I saw that and thought, NEEDS MOAR LIGHTNING. The 800 ones don't really bother me so much, since I work on high-res monitors. I worry about other people though.

But really it's the ones up in the 2000 or 3000 pixels that make me wonder what people are thinking.
