That's what I fucking said? It's still a jules-verne inspired train, even if doc brown flew it off into the sunset with his new home-on-the-range wifeySilverdream wrote:I'm so disappointed how both you and Voin got that wrong, IV. It's the train at the end of BTTF3.

Re: Fallout 3
I don't want to see the NCR in Massachusetts. That's inexcusable. Who says anything about it being in Boston? The fallout folks confirmed that the "Fallout: Shadow of Boston" thing was a hoax by some Russians and wasn't happening. If anything, I think that the town of Dayglow is the best location f...

Yeah but none of it was any of the actually good armor, so it didn't really matter. http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120413155430/fallout/images/8/80/NCR_Ranger_combat_armor.png This is pretty much one of the best armors in the whole game until you either get the Riot Gear in Lonesome Road or g...

Re: Fallout 3
I enjoyed Fallout: New Vegas for the consequences you could face from blowing something up to just wearing a faction's armor. Yeah but none of it was any of the actually good armor, so it didn't really matter. My biggest problem with the game is how easily you become OP as fuck. Even on the hardest...

Re: Fallout 3
^ literally the exact same thing happened to me too ^ Vegas was clearly the better game, but 3 had a much more compelling story and world. The DC ruins felt like they were truly alive despite the irradiated wastelands, and while New Vegas was a super cool insight into a truly recovering postwar soci...

Re: Brickwars Country Names
I'm not sure all the factions on Colette's list qualify as country names anyways. The BrainTrust Initiative, for example, is a corporation and doesn't pay allegiance to any one country.

Really? Aw man, cause I thought that Vami was literally the only person in the world to have seen Howl's Moving Castle... I mean come on, it's imported!

Re: Newbish n00b questions, MkII
As for teleporting, I'm not sure. Technically you could just teleport a unit to the surface of the sun and get the same effect, so it may be irrelevant flavor-wise. Yes, but if you targeted the sun on a regular skill roll then your Missed By number would be effectively infinite, so your enemy could...

Re: Newbish n00b questions, MkII
I think your smoke rules cover a cloaking system just fine as-is. No need to reinvent the wheel. A scanner sounds pretty scenario-specific, so I'd just take out die rolls entirely and say that a scanner-equipped unit can see all cloaked units if they have line-of-sight. As for teleporting, I'm not s...

It already takes an action to load an explosive into a launcher, so I figured the grenadier should be able to create that explosive as part of the same action.

Then there's this: Eidolon of Blossoms Courser of Kruphix Doomwake Giant Forest Swamp Temple of Malady Hero's Downfall Here we can either start with Doomwake or Eidolon, whichever benefits you more, then go with Courser and then all the lands. You draw 2-3 cards, give all your opponent's creatures ...

I see no reason why gunners can't use melee weapons.
