Uh...Mirror's Edge and the EA Sports franchise are both multi-platform. They're also products of EA, which is a third-party publisher. That means that they don't publish games exclusively for specific platforms.RJ wrote:it was still produced by ps3 like metal gear solid, mirror's edge and all the EA sports games
Also,
Left4Dead was developed for the PC, and ported to the Xbox 360. And, as far as I know, Valve, the developers of Left4Dead, aren't affiliated with Microsoft. Yes, most Valve games are published for PC, but that's more because of hardware matters, as opposed to company affiliations. Left4Dead and Resident Evil are also very different games.RJ wrote:...resident evil with left 4 dead...

PS3 is not a company.RJ wrote:...EA are sponsored by PS3...
Yes, because the Halo franchise is not published, (and likely owned, I'd wager) by Microsoft, or anything. Halo 3 is just going to be ported to the PC eventually, as the first and second were.RJ wrote:i don't like the way that when we share our games we get no halo 3 in return

Wasn't Bungie a Microsoft-owned company when Halo 3 came out?Bonn-o-Tron wrote:PS3 is not a company.RJ wrote:...EA are sponsored by PS3...

PS3 Red Ring of Death?OneEye589 wrote:Okay, thanks.
I just Googled it and it happens to a lot of people in Portugal and the UK. The first few results with the search "Playstation 3 Portugal Problems" brought back an article that says it has something to do with the hardware, bringing up an "80010514 Error". According to some comments (I didn't read the entire article) Sony says they will replace the PS3, but it will take some time to ship it to you.
Maybe you should do some Googling and see if there's anything else on it. I'm not going to do it for you, as it's your Playstation and you obviously didn't look for very long for a solution.
In the meantime, here's a petition you can sign to make Sony replace your PS3 because of this problem free of charge.

Well, I know that Bungie gained independence from Microsoft at some point of time which may have been before Halo 3's release. That still wouldn't make a difference, because I believe the series itself is owned by Microsoft Games Studio (who publishes it) but I'm not 100% sure.Greenkey15 wrote:Wasn't Bungie a Microsoft-owned company when Halo 3 came out?Bonn-o-Tron wrote:PS3 is not a company.RJ wrote:...EA are sponsored by PS3...
