Plastik Armory: a bunch of weapons and abilities compatible with the 2010 rules.

I am pleased to report that I am currently downloading the Operation: Anchorage DLC. I will report back after I play.
In other news, I haven't been playing Fallout 3 very much recently, but I played a bit today, and I realized that the Downtown DC area is actually really awesome. Before now, I had never actually just wandered around, I had only fast-traveled everywhere in that area because I didn't want to bother going through all the subway tunnels. I actually wandered around today, and went explored two little subsections, Dupont Circle and Vernon Square.
I was expecting them to be like generic little ruined neighbourhoods, and that they'd be the same, but these two (I'm not sure about other ones, I'm going to go explore some more) were actually really great and unique. Dupont Circle didn't have anything fantastic, but it had some buildings set up really well and I had a great battle with a raider group (I'm using a mod that increases the enemy spawns, so now there's at least 3x more enemies than usual). After that, I fought roughly a dozen ghouls around the fountain in the center, followed by a few super mutants and then some more raiders.
Vernon Square was rediculously awesome, though. As soon as I entered, I was hit with +20 or so radiation. After I found a rad-free place, I cured myself and then ate some Rad-X so I could look around. I discovered a crash jet containing a nuclear bomb, which was totally bad-ass. I then found a network of ruined buildings that was populated by at least two dozen super mutants, and some Talon Company pricks. It was cool because the buildings were connected by makeshift walkways which provided awesome sights of the area. The greatest part was discovering a hospital, laden with traps and broken gas pipes (that would ignite from my plasma gun D: ). At the top of the hospital was a path to a hotel across the street, which was also filled with supermutants. On the roof of the hotel, was a small mercenary group, Reilly's Rangers, and they were having a massive battle with the super mutants. Thanks to my increased spawns mod, there were probably close to 3 or 4 dozen super mutants.
TL;DR
I love this game.

I've been forcing myself not to play more of it, so I can have time to pursue other... pursuits. Although I did go get that alien gun, and enslaved that sniper at Minefield. You use the slave collar by talking to them, took me a while to figure that out.
I did lots of wandering around, then I stuck to the path and hurried through Vernon. I should go back there.

I'm playing a good character so I didn't get the slave collar
In other news, I finished Operation: Anchorage this morning, and I'd say it's worth $10 (even though I got it for free). The new equiptment is awesome, and I have new favourite gun: the Gauss Rifle. I'm watching LOST right now, but I'll post some screen shots after.

Haha, yeah. I have so much good karma I could probably do bad stuff and not even dent it. Anyways, here's some screen shots.

The snazzy Winter Combat Armour you get to wear through the entire thing. Sadly, you don't get to keep if afterwards.

The new Trench Knife.

The first of three artillery guns you have to take out.

Boom!

The Chinese have harnessed the power of fire!

Boom again.

The final gun.

The new Gauss Rifle. It's an energy weapons sniper that fires micro fusion cells, and needs to be reloaded after each shot.

Another shot of the Gauss Rifle.

A whole tent of T-51b power armours, and I don't get one ):

"Hmm... I wonder what's around this corner-OH CHRIST!"
Yeah, you get to fight tanks.

Blowing up fuel tanks (:

Glorius explosions.

Hooray, the real fighters have arrived.

Breaking into the refinery for the final (and hopefully epic) battle.

Commie scum!
Unfortunately, as soon as I killed him it was over. No epic battle D:

My own awesome power armour. Hurrah!

My new Chinese Stealth Suit and Shock Sword.
Once you finish it, you can't go back, which kind of sucks. I also just realized I didn't collect all the intel, which gives you a perk.

Heh, I hafta get Live so I can spend my earned Microsoft points...
ALSO:
Do NOT get Sargeant...RL-3. He's a peice of crap, literally. He's weak. I was in the Oasis caverns, and out a nowhere a Mirelurk hunter came and kicked his ass, by punting him off of a cliff, and he died. Probably stealthy crit-hit...
Oh, and then after I FINALLY got out with him, after reloading my save so many times, I finally gave up after HE GOT PLASMA RIFLE CRIT'D.
He got stuck in this small pit, of which we had just fought a small fight against some enclave, and he got stuck after I went down to get their armor, etc. I waited for an hour, and when I got out of it, three enclave soldiers were shooting im from the bridge. He is dead now. I don't care anymore, i'm getting someone else as a partner.
ALSO.
Anyone else have the Victory rifle? I used it to repair my Reservists rifle, which is awesome.
