For anyone who wants to use it, I've made a "clean" PD HUD for you prospective DMs to use. Feel free to fiddle with the format, change the colors, blah blah. Do whatever (I trust you not to take all the credit for it, of course).

Also, sorry ForlornCreature, it would've been a ton of work to manage each player separately, so for this game it'll be open. The tiles don't look so bad, bro! Keep it up.

Guys, Im uncertain of one thing. Weapons and Monsters that have a H(it) counter means what exactly? That the Kobolds only does his damage if he rolls 1-2 out of a d6? Or a dagger for example, can you only successfully deal damage if you roll a 1 on a d6?

Okay, it's different for those two cases.

Weapon's H are hit bonuses. You roll d6 + Attribute + Weapon's H. So a sword (R1 D2 H0) would involve: 1d6 + Strength + 0

Monsters, on the other hand, do damage on those rolls. So a Kobold has H1-2; if the 1d6 falls in that range, then it does D damage.

Ah, not that makes everything clear. Thx kidko!

no screenshots yet, but i can get some. What's a good filehosting site for pics?

the walls don't generate right yet, I'm still working it out. The individual rooms generate fine, but it doesn't work for multiple rooms. No character yet.

Hello.

I cannot believe the love that my game is getting here. I won't lie, I have fallen astray since PD first came out. My family is two kids larger now, and I don't have a sit at the desk and goof off job that I used to have. I've also been working on several other game prototypes and ideas in what little spare time I have.

That all being said. I need to stop slacking and do some development on Pocket Dungeon.
Here is what would help me out the most:
Submit ideas, suggestions, etc to me via email or on BGG.
Discuss the game on the BGG forum. That is the central repository for all things PD related.
Submit session reports, reviews, and rate it on BGG. This will help the game get visibility.

So that being said. Which of the following areas would you like to see me work on next with PD:
Pocket Classes Races and Skills - This is probably 50% done. Does what it says on the tin. Adds races, and more classes and skills.
Pocket Dungeon Party - Multiplayer rules.
Pocket Beastiary - Pre-made monster sets
Pocket Deck of Things - Decks of cards to replace random loot, and tiles and cards for dungeon generation. Possibly table top rules for this release as well.
Pocket Dungeon Features - More things to add to your dungeon.
Pocket Endless Dungeon - Rules for continuous dungeon crawling.
Pocket Quests - Pre-made and random quest generation
Pocket Spellbook - huge lists of spells and magical items.

Oh, hey there! I think it's awesome that you found us, I've been having a ton of fun with PD. Avoided many hours of lectures so far, and still more to come!

As for your development questions, I'd love to see your version of the multiplayer rules (as you can see, we've already touched on that here, just getting started, though). I'm also interested in your Miscellaneous Dungeon aspects, since I presume this will include traps and other such encounters common to D&D and Nethack.

Thanks for stopping by! I'll go to the BGG forum now and rate the game, at the very least.

Jonny, you found us, what honor! I completely thought you had dropped PD, but Im very glad you picked it back up! I've been planning on making a BBG account since I discovered Print and Play games like Zombie Plague, but procrastination came out on top. Well, no more!

We (Me and Olothontor) are currently hosting two games featuring a party of four players each using the Tome version. There was established a House Rules Index, covering not-so-well explained rules and aspects of the game. Also, Im making a semi-completed World Map so we can track our campaigns and be overall creative. It is semi-completed because we want future hosts to make up their own continents, islands, dimensions or whatever and the World will sorta expand on its own...

Also, Oloth made a kickass host screen and dungeon tiles in pixel art, check them out on our main PD thread.

Anyways, we are all very exited about the game and happy to have you with us. You can probably expect some new development by our own but count on us for suggestions, opinions and of course, play testing!

Oh and, welcome to Brikwars! :D

I'm guessing you found my post, Jonny. I suppose the best thing to do development-wise would be to continue the work that's half finished as of now, I'd sure like to see something more to this party than just cosmetic differences.

Heh, well-played.

Although I'm working on that as well. Since I'd like the party to be similarly engaging and not just a set of rules. Hopefully the plot of Euphoria of Silence will help with some of that.

Hey, Thade, I know I promised you some deities for your setting, but do you mind if I recycle some of them for Aerona (Aerona is the setting we're creating for PD, Jonny)?
