I know a lot of people here might not like warhammer 40,000, but I for one think it is a pretty cool game, the lore is just amazing and I really enjoy the painting aspect as well it's still not as good as brikwarsmbutmin my opinion it's really close I also know how high the prices are, but then think about how much it probably costs to make the parts, books and other stuff, and pay salaries. Overall warhammer is probably my second favorite wargame, after brikwars.

I like Warhammer 40k, but I think only Matt Ward is good enough to write for them.

I like 40K, I just despise the average player, they just aren't my crowd. I wish I had of spent all the money on LEGO instead.

I like Matt Ward because he brought focus back on the Space Marines. The other races aren't really interesting and are all basically the same, so it makes sense that Space Marines should get the most attention. Plus he wrote realistic characters like Kaldor Draigo.

I think the lore and setting is amazing, but the way the company is handling its product is kinda awful and I hate the hassle that comes from modelling.

Funny thing about warhammer is that I haven't encountered any "fan" of it who didn't rant and rave endlessly about how shitty GW is, despite buying a truckloads of kits. Quite a stockholmesque relationship.

Focus, on the space marines? It has always been clear to me the necrons the the best race I mean really,what's better than a bunch of soul eating robot skeletons that ride around in floating pyramids , also there are,plenty of warhamer people that are just in it for the chaos of blowing stuff up, there's this amazing youtube channel called minibar gaming that hosts this 40k tournament called apocalypticon every year, and there are no prizes for winning the prizes are for things like painting and stuff, the main point is to rein as much chaos as possible, it's a massive 500,00 game, I swear, if you didn't know what they were playing you would think it was brikwars
