The Holy Emerian Empire (post-Venice Emeria) joins the BRIKWARS region. Nationstates is bad at customize-ability, but I guess that's to stop people from building super OP/edgy/other nations.

Attempted to make a communist nation, wonder how this will go. Seems good so far, high liberty, great civil rights, and the economy is... well who cares about the economy anyway...
