How plays BFBC, none of my psn friends play this game and I want to play with a friend on my squad

I considered buying this a while back but never ended up going for it. Is it a legitimately good game?

it's pretty fun, actually

More so than in previous battlefield games, Bad Company puts a strong emphasis on devising your own strategies to complete objectives. While other games of the series would have you just running around an open battlefield shooting enemies at random, this one has a more realistic feel, without losing the sense of non-linearity.

Also, the environments are fully destructible! There's nothing like trying to take refuge in a house only to have a tank blow the shit out of the walls around you.

Depends on the taste of people, some prefer straight foward fps while others like more a tatical warfere like me
