Great looking game, I've been looking forward to it for a long time now. I never thought of a minifig race before, but that would be awesome to see! :)

They have yet to release it at all! And yet you can find it on Amazon, it's been sitting there for ages... graaah! Oh, wait, go find on Youtube the video of Robin Williams on Spore. He plays it and makes this boneriffic looking creature, cracking jokes the entire time... great video.

But seriously, been waiting for Spore for almost a year now...

wow, so i was about to have a snarky comment about spore and how there's a big hullabaloo over what's eventually going to be disappointing, but then i saw that video. they did a much better job at this than i expected, and now i am completely and totally pumped to play spore!

EDIT: Robin Williams plays Spore

Although, the video Korwinblue posted is actually an older one, as is the Robin Williams one. In the newer versions they've been showing, it looks as if the microscopic section during the first part of the game is actually a lot more cartoon-y and boneriffic looking.

I have spent much time speculating what species I shall make, and how I shall shape their culture.

First species... quadruped, gorilla like shape, reptilian features. Mouth will probably be a mess of mandibles like an extra fist on his face.

The new microbe stage scenes are probably merely more populated by tons of simple player created microbes. So nowhere near as simple or calm as early stage footage. It'll be a little slimy low detail mess.

It's okay, I imagine a good portion of the forums here weould agree with you in that respect.

It's not like I can talk. I kind of beat you that department.

From what I have seen and I have looked at all the videos about Spore, you can't make a minifig species because the body of a minifig is square and you can't make a square body in the game. sorry man.
you could how ever from what I have seen make a Homer species the only problem would be that he doesn't has any clothes to where so he's naked.

That's just when you get bigger as a microscopic creature. when you get bigger you get eye's and and colors.

I love those books, though I've only read to 32.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.
