Um, weeeeell... avoid certain types of night clubs and bars. Never talk or takes sweets from strange men and definitely never, ever stroke his puppy.

ODST was a big letdown and making it with only one map (or so i am told) has ruined it.
another way to avoid the red ring of death is to remove the red lights.
when it comes to call of duty games, world at war is my preference. modern warfare 2 had a good single player but multiplayer seemed to be standing about 5 miles away from your target and shooting, only to be shot from 5 yards from a different direction.

And never ever take up offers from strange people on street corners saying they need "somewhere to stay for the night"
Also, never do anything that would get you landed in prison - that will give you a red ring every day until release.
Also - never drop the soap . . .

Never pick me up in the first place. You'll regret it.
I say... Halo 3, Modern Warfare 2, Xbox Live (Cost of a game in itself)...
How old are you, and what ratings are you allowed?

Mass effect/Mass effect 2 (come january 26th)
Any/All of the Halo series (including halo wars)
Fable the lost chapters/fable 2
Bioshock
Armored Core 4/For answer
Lost Planet
Gears of war (not my cuppa tea, but may be yours)
Erm . . . they may be more to the list, but i'll let everyone else add some suggestions.

ODST is a great online experience actually. But if you have atleast another person, Left 4 Dead 2 is the way to go.
