I recently started up my flame for this game again, and actually have been quitesuccesful in my games so far.
I have a sliver deck, and a darkness deck..
care to share anyone?
Sliver Deck:
Land
Swamp-2
Forest-5
Plains-6
Island-4
Mountain-5
Nonbasic Land
Urza's Factory-1
Fungal Reaches-1
Sorcery/Enchantments/Instant
Grapeshot-1
Verdant Embrace-1
Fool's Demise-1
Ground Rift-1
Fallen Ideal-1
Traitor's Clutch-1
Clockspinning1
Mindstab-1
Premature Barial-1
Stonewood Invocation-1
Artifact's/Artifact Creature's
Prismatic Lens-4
Venser's Sliver-4
Creatures
Clot Sliver-4
Harmonic Sliver-1
Firewake Sliver-1
Battering Sliver-1
Sidewinder Sliver-1
Reflex Sliver-1
Spinneret Sliver-1
Shadow Sliver-2
Two-Headed Sliver-3
Mindwhip Sliver-1
D'Avenant Healer-1
Yuh, its a GREAT deck. For instance I was playing "two headed giant" today while I was partnered up with someone who had the harder to get Slivers like the Legion, and we eventually worked up our offense and I delivered a fatal 16 to the opposing team with the six Slivers I had out.
Ah, pure bliss.
anyone else play?

Used to play years ago. Recently got back into it, to discover it's become a contest of "I can kill you in 3 turns and you can't do anything about it!" game here. What ever happened to people playing for fun?
White and blue, blue black, white and black. My three favorite groups.

The last time I bought cards was... Hmmm... over 8 years ago.
I had a friend who was totally into it and had money. He bought 8 display boxes when a new set came out. He would give me a full set of commons for each set.

What? Bah! What about... what was it, Frozen Kingdoms? Forgotten Kingdoms? Invasion, Apocalypse. Eheh.
My major beef with Magic:
They release new sets like Everquets releases expansions.
My two major beefs with Magic:
They release new sets like Everquets releases expansions.
Friends are jaded and unwilling to buy old cards just to play "for fun" games.

The Magic "Cardie" crowd strongly projects a negative and stereotyped protrayl of people who like card games.

I think i have some magic cards somewhere I never got into as much as yugioh and pokemon TGC. I think I used a red/black deck, only because the coolest guy I had was a red/black vampiric dragon. I play eye of judgment every now and again. It's similar to magic but you're playing on a 3x3 board trying to hold 5 spaces. I lose a lot to people online.

Pokemon and yugioh were the only ones i collected.
My decks may fund my warhammer hobby.
my cards are in good condition and rare.

I played Pokemon back in 6th grade (1999) and still have a trapper keeper full of old and rare cards. Like you, I've thought about selling them. The only problem is, who the hell would buy Pokemon cards nowadays?

I have Pokemon cards. I played Pokemon in grade four.
I have Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I played Yu-Gi-Oh in grade six.
I also have Beyblades. I played Beyblades in grade five.
But, of course, kids will be kids, and everything in a toy's name will take on a different meaning. So Yu-Gi-Oh became Yu-d a p p e r-Oh, and Beyblades became d a p p e rblades... And everyone still has them...
Apparently I'm not cool anymore. I used to whoop everyone's ass at Yu-Gi-Oh, and last summer I beat my brother eight times in a row before we went to university.
The moral? Don't mess with the Blitzenator.

I remember being the only kid who didn't have Beyblades or Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Those were hard times for me.

Magic is lame. the only way to win is to buy the new expansion or your deck is fukced! Also Magic players new my local hobby shop have a tendency to destroy the Warhammer terrain for no reason. And when I find the jerk who destroyed my ruins I am going to kick his ass.
Yu-gi-oh. oh yes I remember those days, beating people up because they cheated, also ripped up all there cards. damn cheaing bastards.
I still have like 300 pokemon cards, all before the 3rd gen, well most of them anyway. Never played it right though, didn't use those stupid energy things.
two beyblades left.
one Magic card, it's got pirhanas!
nothing after those, no stupid duel masters, BeTamon,Chaotic or anything.
I hate all these things, what's next Battle-Ball in a cup?
