Anyone have those microspace rules?

A while ago stubby posted a link to some microspace rules on the news. The guy that made them created a second rule set which I'm guessing most people into microspace have seen. unfortunately his website has been replaced by a fucking link-farm (fucking web-parasites) anyway the rules are gone and I didn't think to save a copy. does anyone have a copy and would they be willing to put it on the wiki or somewhere else it can be downloaded?
