I don't understand how ONE GUY can put all this work in and make a masterpiece of story, gameplay, music and everything, and entire teams of game developers churn out shlock.

The music on its own is amazing, but there's also the Cave Story Remix project which is worth checking out. My favorite tracks are "Never Die," "Grass Stains," and "Island of Eden."

Well damn, this sucked up a lot of my time. I was in the labyrinth before I realized I was playing for a few hours.

Fucking awesome game, Played it awhile ago, i love the way the guns work.

Played it, then realized that I missed some of the cool stuff. Guess I have to play through again sans the amazing flying machine gun.
