Because there is not enough contention and strife on the forum.

I like both for different reasons.

Both aren't too good, but I'd say BF3 wins by a small margin.

Buy skyrim instead, or if you need your FPS fix, play TF2.

Both are good, i have MW3, and have tried and am getting BF3 (Friday) because it was good. Later i will start playing one and play the other one like 1 hour per week.

Haven't gotten a hold of either, but here's as far as I can tell between the two:

-MW3 finally fixed sniping from the mess it was in BlackOps, but i've heard that it feels like a map pack for MW2. Of course, that's not necessarily a problem.
-Battlefield 3 is apparently really goddamn hard to actually shoot people in, which is a minus in my eyes. Games should be easy to pick up and play and feel like you're making progress, which is something I prefer Duty for. I watched a friend play a little of it and it looked pretty boring, but the tricks you can do with C4 look totally awesome and I'd really like to abuse the shit out of it.

Not necessarily harder, just VERY different from CoD or Halo. You actually have to track your target, account for bullet drop. Once you do it for a while, you get used to it.

While we're at it, xbox is clearly better than Ps3 and the PC combined, it has online! You're stupid.

The PC will always trump all other platforms(mostly because all of the other platforms are just PCs with special hardware).

That said, consoles are great for those lacking money or technical knowledge.

Or for those whose friends have consoles.
