This game looks awesome and truly epic. I'd love to see an RTS like this instead of just re-hashed Starcraft and AoE clones. It sort of reminds of Sins of a Solar Empire, except with a focus on ground combat rather than space battles.

HOLY SHIT. This is the RTS I've been dreaming of forever. I'm going to back the shit out of this.

I'm actually really impressed by how good this game looks so far.

I am pleased that they have achieved a third of their goal in two days.

The moon and asteroid stuff is pretty sweet yes, but despite that there's nothing impressive about it. Looks alot like Total Annihilation/Supreme Commander.

That's because some of the guys who worked on Total Annihilation are working on this.

To quote a certain LP-

Planetary Annihilation- it ends in total elimination.

And the Understatement Of The Year award goes to BFenix for calling the ability to crash moons into planets "Pretty sweet"

Meh, the greatest understatement I've ever seen was *guitar solo*

Crashing moons into planets = pretty sweet
Crashing moons into the mockingbird armada = EPIC

Pretty sweet is an overstatement.

I want to be able to crash antimatter planets into solar systems.

Soooo, after watching some of ZaphodX videos and playing a bit I've changed my opinion regarding the game. It actually picks up the existing RTS elements and kicks them up a notch.

It's no longer pretty sweet. It's pretty epic, indeed.

Picked up on last steam sale. Played it once. Realised that as awesome as it is, It needs more development, perhaps a full year, before its Alpha is 'playable'. A mixture of borked pathfinding, and a failure to convey concepts (Tu-motherfucking-torials damnit, I'm not watching LP'ers to learn your game). I'm not an RTS expert, but even I can spot those problems.
