Hoi, Long time no speak

small update since my re-intro; ye i'm medicated and much better for it, also brought a flat!

So uhhh how does one decide how to decorate a flat? I've furnished it and have some ideas for wall colours but hoping for some sorta like good go-to for how to plan a repaint, what do i need, what sorta timescale does it take, how to deal with fumes, should I get a local hotel for days when bedroom repaint is drying or just sleep on the sofa?

any advice on this welcome as I really don't know anything, somethings never change,

I just rent my place so no painting allowed.

Just use a normal latex house paint with the windows open, its fine.
Go to a store and talk to the people there, ask for suggestions. If its a small store they may have people who really know things.
