Turn 3
Fruit Corp.
The last Pumpkinman tries to reclaim the City Disc, but the minifig-at-arms holds on to it firmly.
The Lettuce Troopers move to the side, and open fire at the City Slayzer. They take off 2 SP, leaving it with one.
The Mechanik moves in to shut down the Robojoker.
The Clown Prince of Robocrime is taken out of commission.
"Do you want to know how I got these... bzzt... malfunctions?"
Fruitbatman backs up the Fruitmobile, and fires!
The City Slayzer is destroyed!
"I'm the only hero the city needs... the only one it deserves right now... a silent guardian... a watchful protector... a Fruit Knight..."
"Let's gooo..."
The Fruitmobile reassembles itself!
Fruitbatman drives off towards the Acquirien base.
The driver of the fruit truck puts the pedal to the metal! The truck lurches forward. Annabella Anning is pushed out of the way, but survives.
The truck slams into the ballista. Embarrassingly, the ballista isn't damaged, but the truck loses 1 SP from the collision. It has 6 left.
Knights of the Square Table
The dragon bites into the FIre Slayzer. The Slayzer loses 2 SP, leaving it with just one.
Sir Dracus taunts the Acquiriens.
"Come, take a shot at me! Or can you not even hit the broad side of a knight?"
The Acquiriens fire, and Sir Dracus blocks with the Deflector Shield!
He reflects the shots towards the Fire Slayzer! However, they fail to damage it.
"Useless laser archers. Get yourselves some crossbows."
Lady Leonora rides on top of the fruit truck.
"Catch, mylady!" the minifig-at-arms shouts, and throws the City Disc upwards.
Leonora grabs the Disc!
She rides up the castle's drawbridge.
"Another Disc brought to safety. Just one left, and then the Square Table will be saved!"
The Mechanik and the peasant fire the ballista at the fruit truck, since that's about the only target available.
It's a hit! The fruit truck loses another SP, and has 5 left.
The fisherwoman feeds the fish to the turtle.
The turtle makes happy turtle noises, and is now her friend.
The fisherwoman casts her line out again, and soon gets a bite.
Another fish. But...
"Wait!" the fish says. "I'm a magical fish! Let me live, and I'll grant you a wish!"
Acquiriens
Annabella Anning runs up the back of the dragon.
"Give me that Disc already!"
SLICE!
The Slayzer-dragon has been slain.
Annabella claims the Fire Disc.
"So that dragon ate the Disc to gain its powers?"
"What if I ate it too?"
Annabella bites into the Disc...
"Owww! My teeth! Owww!"
The Acquirien troopers charge over the slain dragon's corpse and fire at Lady Leonora, but they keep missing.
The troopers in the base leave their position...
...and with a couple of good Sprint rolls, catch up with their comrades.
The Collector Cruiser also moves out.
It fires at Lady Leonora!
She is blasted from the saddle!
"Get the last Disc... defend the castle... do not let this be in... vain..."
"...uurgh..."
The City Disc is on the castle's threshold, and the Acquiriens are closing in!
Slayzers
The Ice Slayzer grabs its Disc from the abandoned Acquirien base.
It takes aim at the Collector Cruiser's cockpit, and throws!
The Disc smashes into the cockpit, and kills the pilot!
The ship crashes! King Auris, his horse, an Acquirien trooper, and the Fire Slayzer are all crushed and killed!
The Cruiser itself wasn't damaged by the crash. It's still operational, if someone else wants to pilot it.
The space scooter carried by the Cruiser managed to get clear.
Sir Dracus watches with dismay. King Auris, Marvin the Magician, and Lady Leonora have all fallen. It's up to him to make their sacrifice count.
The Ice Slayzer roars to the heavens in triumph.
The Battlefield Shrinks!
The Ice Disc is still on the Acquirien side of the field, and so the space base and the castle keep moving closer.
Due to the field's movement, the Fire Disc ends up right on the border.
The ballista is destroyed in the crush. The fruit truck gets squeezed between the two buildings, and loses one SP. It now has 4 left.
