Bluecoats - Bragallot
The bluecoats move up, with the soldiers moving into formation behind the sailors. They trigger a pirate's response fire, but he misses.
Officer: "Volley fire!"
Despite being out of range and shooting at a partially covered target, the troops gun down the pirate. First Blood!
Redcoats - Cracjaw
Like their blue counterparts, the redcoats advance in similar fashion. An officer and the lead soldier open fire at a pirate on the ramparts.
And score a kill!
Pirates - Scratch
First off, Captain Scurlock performs an anti-heroic feat to give heroic status to two men on the opposing factions.
(Signified by their corresponding colored plumes.)
Now that all teams have heroes with normal stats, each hero can perform a heroic feat starting next turn!
Scurlock then grabs his armaments while his First Mate and a pirate start retrieving the chests.
This pirate grabs the rifle from his fallen comrade.
And proceeds to fire at the oncoming redcoats. He misses, sadly.
Afterwards he descends into the gatehouse, grabs some armor and lowers the portcullis.
Finally, he climbs down into the castle itself.
This pirate also retrieves a ranged weapon from a fallen pirate.
Then he makes his way over towards the bluecoats.
This pirate climbs onto the battlements and kneels down into a defensible position. (He's 2/3rds in cover.)
The Second Mate who was on the wall decides to climb down, since he has no ranged weapon.
Same with this pirate.
He gets to the bottom of the tower before running out of movement.
