The Kvernians (Falk) turn towards the Silverwolves (Joshua) and take up a defensive position. This uses up most of their movement.
The magi calls down a lightning bolt but it falls short.

The Hero challenges the Silverwolves to an honourable duel.

The warg rider accepts and rides forth, and the two combatants charge one another.

However at the last moment the warg swerves right and at a signal from the Silverwolf Hero the Kvernian Hero is knocked from his steed by a surprise shot from one of the crossbowmen.
His horse charges on without him.

Both sides exchange fire. One Silverwolf goes down.

They charge the enemy lines, the Hero shooting her crossbow but not killing anything.

Both wolves take damage from the arcani as they are coming in. Their teeth gnash against shields and armour.

The Hero tries to turn the Kvernian battlehorse against its rider, but fails. It charges her instead and kills her warg.

One wolf is slain by an armigeri.

Warg and rider combine their attacks on the disrupted Hero, but his armour saves him. The Wizard of the Great Acorn also launches an attack but the spell fails. Other Silverwolves don't reach their intended targets (yet).

The Draklonians (Phil-is-Offi-Cool) shoot their ballista, catching a Silverwolf spearman in the back and pinning him to the ground. They also advance and reposition but aren't in range of any targets yet.
The magetriarch tries to cast a spell but forgets the incantations' words.

[REINFORCEMENTS]

These are Jim and Bob. They are both Silverwolves, and always arrive conspicuously late to a battlefield, which has helped them survive many engagements and acquire quite a bit of loot. Today they may have arrived a little early, and to a battle that's a little harder than usual. But it's too late to turn back now. Will their luck hold?
