Dilanski hasn't sent orders. If another NATO player wants to take over the Praetorians for this round, they can send orders to me now.

If dilanski doesn't claim back the Praetorians by next turn, I'll take them.

p. s. Yeah I know I haven't really been active these past times (the last time I posted anything was like 2 years ago), but now you can expect me to be, maybe not every single day, but I'll be there to send orders.
