campaign forum battle idea

i'm going to say i couldn't get a better response for an idea, so i spent some time working out a few special rules and have a few ideas but i'll have to wait untill post-apocaccino ends before i can try, if i do the design your own army idea i have a rough price idea of about £20 which in LDD would get you four frigates six fighter squadrons and a massive flagship/super dreadnaught.

that was what i was hinting at, by the army that means just the spacefleet i would make the ground fource's as much to your speciffications as possible as even if we only had three fleets thats already £60 which is a lot especially considering what i'm actually getting. if i found a way around it i could do the sign-up as a contest for best £20 spacefleet in LDD.

no if i do the battle they get a place as im not spending £120 on a few ships, the winner gets a place on my next space battle which will be this one but it's still an idea i may do only small £10 fleets.
