I just set up a game board yesterday, but i haven't started playing yet...

Okay, I have a question that should be answered for the sake of all those who are playing:

Can different teams PM eachother with plans and whatnot? It seems kind of weird if we are able to because the action of "diplomacize" would be pointless if we can do that without taking up an action.

Non-players must know how's the diplomacy going.

Yeah, you can make your plans and schemes via PM, but if it doesn't reach me, then it's worthless.
