No. Legodovians may only ally with Townspeople.

Also, Moron, sorry, I forgot to tell you which were your troops. Yours are the orange troops in the speeder next to the castle, those troops with rebel helmets and Leia inside the castle near the ramp and R2-D2 and K-3PO.
