wouldnt it be more accurate to portray the deadly space men, as some shodwy organization, this day in age.

Why would Deadly Spacemen need to be shadowy? All they do is show up and kill everything, there's not much secret agenda there.

There's plenty of shadowy organizations in BrikWars already - the BrickMasons, the DarkTrons, and the Cthulhuminati are the first couple that spring to mind.

shadowy as a rational gov. might view them (since they wuol;d be unable to fathom such powerful entities not grabbing power, but detroying it, all they obviously care about is massed destructyion

Deadly Spacemen are the equivalent of WH40k's iconic space marines. They are tough, brutal killing machines. Why should they be shadowy? They are rainbow coloured, anyway.

thats because im producing an oxymoron. in the very nature of my comment. After all if destruction is the paramount forethought of existence then those who can not possible understand this shall label you as they can wether it actually makes sense or not

Actually, they're more like necrons.

Ancient killing machines from another time, with their only directive being to destroy.

Oh, well I think of them as being bred to kill, and the Brikwars cover art is very similar to the space marine art. You know, that one.

I see them as a fallen Civilisation that spanned both time and space until the collapse into decay through decadence. They have lost their mojo and know no other life than conquest. However, they are not interested in expansion just maintaining what they can through any means. They are rumoured to appear on raids at seemingly random areas of space before disappearing again just as mysteriously. Only their legend of what their Empire used to be remains. Most modern civilisations have some historical connection to the former Deadly Spaceman Empire.

No, their raison d'entre. They no longer have a purpose except to test themselves against the best they can find. Or something like that.

I use 'em as mercenaries, but as Warhead has a copious supply of the little buggers, I think he should add them to the map as his army. Of course, under Natalya's discretion.

Not sure I have the say so just because I have so many. However, I would personally leave them off the map in any case. My reasoning. Well, it would be better to leave it up to rumour and speculation, much more sinister and nerve jangling (and so there isn't a corner of the galaxy that everyone avoids). Also, I like the idea that they can somehow fold space (a long forgotten tech of the Deadly Spacemen) that allows them to crop up ANYWHERE! Dun! Dun! Dunn!) so anyone can have them appear in a battle without everybody crying about it.

This way they remain one of the Brikwars boogeymen to scare all us lesser mortals.

I like to imagine that they conquered the entire universe. But as they were planting the SpaceMan flag on the final subjugated world, the accumulated effects of sustained universal ass-kicking finally reached the tipping point and BROKE THE UNIVERSE.

New infinities of space and history re-formed from the oblivion, but glittering fragments of the SpaceMan universe return to tear holes through all parts of it, snarling the timelines, crossmixing worlds, and always carrying an annihilating wave of invading SpaceMan smiley faces.
