Frosty picks up a gladius.

Jacket picks up a pistol and torch.

Unfortunately, he gets a critical failure on his use roll. The pistol no longer functions as a pistol, but as a paperweight.

Frosty strikes back, but is unable to get through Jacket's natural armour.

Rolled 16 damage vs 9 armour. No, this is not the results of bullshit OP stats.

Frosty is burned to ash.
