Sorry the turn is late, I've been mildly ill for the past week or so and haven't had the energy to update this...

Image
The first freighter has almost made it to safety when a mysterious signature appears in its path...

Image
"Evangelion Unit-00, all systems operating normally. Commencing mission."
Secret Faction Activated -- Scythian EVA unit (The Shadowscythe)

Image
Unit-00 slashes into the freighter's hull with its progressive knife, bringing it down to a single hull point. It also tries to fire its Positron Rifle, but misses despite the point-blank range.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the station...
Praetorian Midshipman: "Captain, energy signature to stern!"
Praetorian Captain: "What kind of signature?"
Midshipman: "Military experts are calling it a cynosural field!"
Image
Secret Faction Activated -- MAOX (BFenix)
The Manowar fires at the Praetorian Assassin, inflicting 2 points of damage (6 remaining). The Drakkar launches its torpedoes.

Image
A gigantic Space Zeppelin warps in and charges towards the Bavarian fleet, firing its four plasma cannon at the Schadenfreude, which takes three points of damage (5 remaining).

Secret Faction Activated -- Space Nazis (Duerer)

Image
The Space Zeppelin also launches a squadron of Battle saucers, which shoot one of the turret guns off the Weltschmerz.

Image
As the Space Zeppelin floats slowly towards the battlefield, a strange device under its hull begins to glow with a menacing multicolored light...

Bavarians (Silverdream)
Image
The Vanderheim station's defense turrets open fire on Unit-00, and the four Angels it spawned last turn hurtle forward to intercept it. Two slam into its AT-field and tear straight through before exploding, dealing a whopping 6 points of damage to the EVA's body (1 remaining).

Image
The Schadenfreude opens fire on the Legionnaire, but only deals a point of damage due to unlucky rolls. The Verklempt fires another pair of torpedoes and the Weltschmerz misses the Space Piltogg fighters.

Praetorians (Dilanski)

Image
The Dragoon tackles the Omega-class cruiser, disabling its weapons and reducing its acceleration for this turn.

Image
The Assassin takes the opportunity to fire all the missiles at it.

Image
The Legionnaire manages to shoot down one FLEIJA warhead, and activates its shields in a desperate bid to stop the others from hitting home.

Britannian Carrier Group (Vami)
Image
The Vulcan bombers take off and open fire, dealing 2 more points of damage to the Schadenfreude (3 remaining) as the fighters knock off one of its turrets. Note the Vulcans can't drop bombs next round.

T.L.A. assault fleet (Theblackdog)
Image
The F.L.E.I.J.A. torpedo fired last turn hits, and deals a point of damage to the Assassin even through the Legionnaire's shield boost.

Image
The Delta-class misses with its Hellbore and launches a short-range missile at the Assassin.

Image
The Gamma fires its overcharged guns and manages to kill a Vulcan bomber.

Britannian Battle Group (Battlegrinder)
Image
The Britannian admiral's naval tactics claim the first kill of the battle, blowing the Weltschmerz apart in a volley of heavy laser fire. they also fire a torpedo at one of the incubators on the station.

T.L.A. Support Fleet (Gorthaff)
Image
The Alpha-class decelerates to a stop, launches two torpedoes at the Britannians, and deploys another fighter squadron, which immediately fires a missile salvo at the Vulcans.

Image
The first fighter squadron closes to gun range and damages another Vulcan.

Image
The Beta launches a second pair of missiles at the Dragoon. The first pair of missiles it fired got abysmally low damage rolls.

Image
The Archer-class drifts around the station and launches a torpedo at the Britannian Battle Group. It also fires its main rail gun at the Patrol Monitor, blasting through its hull with a series of critical successes for a full 4 damage points (1 remaining). The Alpha's railgun is still charged, the Archer's is not.

Image
Overview. Send in orders - also, Silent-sigfig and Scratch, I'm still waiting on you to enter the battle.

Technological Arrogance vs German Arrogance.

Forgot to mention, the Angel spawners are building two Mk.04C units (will appear at the end of turn 3) and one Mk.04B (will appear at the end of turn 4). Also one freighter has just launched towards the Britannians.
And now for The Grand Master List of Shame:

Silent-Sigfig
Dilanski
Vami IV
Gorthaff

Remember, EVAs can regenerate health. You can regenerate 1 HP, devote all your AT-dice to shielding, and still take out that freighter with your positron rifle assuming you don't miss again.
