Sorry I forgot to mention, but the Britannian boarding party got complete control of the Drakkar this turn.
Venice

Deciding there's no more it can do, the Merchant of Venice leaves the field before the Trattorians arrive.

Space Nazis

The Space Piltogg saucers decelerate, but can't get to any of the other freighters.

Bavarians

The surviving Angels maneuver to cover the freighter on the launch ramp.

T.L.A.

The Omega turns its Hellbore on the Armed Courier, obliterating it in a single shot.

Britannians
Image
Seeing their last ship destroyed, the Britannian Boarding party decides to go out with honor. Since they have the helm of the Drakkar, they ram it directly into the station.

T.L.A.

Two full-strength fighter squadrons make short work of the remaining Space Nazis.

FINAL SCORE:
NATO: 320
TA: 590

Epilogue:
Image
Vanderheim Station Commander: "All ships, evacuate the area. We're about to blow the scuttling charge and release Project Scratchiel."
T.L.A. Captain: "Copy that. Escaping the battle zone at full thrust."
Vanderheim Station: "Detonate now."

Image
As explosives detonate around the station, a menacing Angelic figure rises from the launch bay...

The Bley House, Refuge:
Image
T.L.A. President Bob the Unbuilder: "Well, that was as good as we could have hoped for. Six freighters are on their way to the T.L.A. with Cores and other Angelic components, and they're needed more than ever."

Image
Bob: "The fact that the Pwnies are openly supporting the Space Nazis means that they have effectively taken control of their government and military, and infiltrated the governments of the other NATO powers as well. We can't afford to spend more time on idle concerns. As of now, eradicating the Pwny menace and ending the threat of peace in this galaxy are our only goals."

Image
Secretary of Offense: "I see. But how does the Bavarian Angelik research factor into all this?"
Bob: "The existentialism-powered A.T. Field is the only thing that can resist the pwnies' friendship magik. Pull up project file 03.33, will you?"
Secretary of Offense: "Project file 03.33... the Weaponized Ungulant Neutralization, Destruction, and ERadication system?"
Bob: "That's the one. With this, our counteroffensive can finally begin in earnest..."

Awesome battle, these last few turns were lightning fast!

Damn Brits, stealing all the glory from the Drakkar's crew like that! :fist:

Good game, everyone. I had fun with this and it really helped refine my Brikspace rules.

The changes I plan on making to the rule book in the following weeks are listed here. In addition, I am rebalancing some of the ships/fleets involved:

- The Britannians have way too little heavy firepower and flak cannons will probably be gone from the next version of the rules, so I'm going to replace all flak weapons with Heavy Lasers. This should buff the Britannian fleet considerably.

- The Horatio is getting a superweapon of some kind in addition to its current weapon loadout.
