Location: Planet Viipuri, Fynnland
Mission: Clear the area for coming Soviet reinforcements to take over the industrial park


While the Poles were dealing with the Piltogg invasion, Soviet forces mobilized for raids on Fynnland, in order to gain resources for the coming invasion of Magyar. A small detachment under Yuri Ksovlov's command has been orders to clean their way for further reinforcements.


A Fynnish Aerosled patrols across the area and quickly notices the unexpected guests!


Fynnish Gunner: “Soviet forces?! How did they come here?!”
Fynnish Driver: “Great, just when we thought that one war was over...”


Fynnish Gunner: “ENEMY SPOTTED! TAKE POSITIONS!!”


And out of the troop sauna, a squad of ski troopers rushes outside...


...followed by famed war veteran Simho Hayha.


Simho Hayha: “Splendid, just when I wass asking myself, who I might noscope, today.”

Gameplay Notes:
- The game goes for 7 turns. The winner is the team with the most kills.
- Initiative is determined by dice rolls.
- All heroes have 3 HPs (SPs in the case of the DSN).
- Every player has 48h to send their orders. Factions, that I haven't received orders for, will be NPC'd. I want to get this battle done, before uni starts for me, so please be quick with orders.

K, all spots are taken and the first Turn is already up:

Fynnish Patrol (Maddox):

3 Fynnish Ski Troopers and the Aerosled take position behind a rock and take down 3 Soviet Conscripts.


The 2 other Ski Troopers go behind the rock and take out another Conscript. Simho tries to shoot at the machine gun of the Byk, but misses this time.

Soviet Battlegroup (Alex):

Yuri Ksovlov: "Onwards comrades! For the motherland!"
Yuri tries to inspire his comrades. Although he is an engineer, rather than a skilled orator, he manages to boost their movement by 1". FEAT SUCCESSFUL


Ksovlov and the tractor shoot at the Aerosled taking one SP out of four. The tractor failed to hit the infantry men with his machine gun, though. The remaining Conscript shoots a Ski Trooper.

REINFORCEMENTS HAVE ARRIVED:
Gvardiya Battlegroup (lawmaster):

Behind Ksovlov's battlegroup, reinforcements from the Soviet Gvardiya Brigade (controlled by lawmaster) arrived to bolster the attack.


Nadya: "XAXAXAXAXAXA!! You maggots are no match for the Soviet Guard, the finest soldiers of the USSSR!"

Bavarian Expedition Corps (Darthnox129):

In order to help the troubled Fynns, a Motorized Platoon from Bavaria (controlled by Darthnox129), led by the magician Dolph Vanderheim, arrived at the battlefield.


Feldwebel: "The Soviets attacked us?! I thought their dissolved a long time ago!"
Dolph Vanderheim: "Maybe that was, what they wanted us all to think!"

Gvardiya Battlegroup (lawmaster):

The KV Tank fires a MKII round on the Aerosled, dealing one SP damage and killing the gunner.


Nadya and one Tesla Guard combine fire on the aerosled, beating it down, to it's last SP. The other Guardists can't fire, because of friendly units, that block their path.

Fynnish Patrol (Maddox):

One Fynnish Ski Trooper manages to pull out a quite big tree, next to the Byk tractor...


...and shoves it right into it's tracks.


Soviet Driver: "Blyat!! Something's stuck in our tracks!!"
The tree blocked and damaged the tracks of the tractor, reducing it's movement to 4" for the remaining game.


One Ski Trooper kills the last conscript, while the other ones combine fire with Simho on Ksovlov, but fail to do any damage.


Simho Häyhä attemps to sneak out of the scene and disappear...


Yuri Ksovlov: "Hey, were do you think you're goin!!"
...but is immediately detected by the Soviet forces. FEAT FAILED

Soviet Battlegroup (Alex):

Ksovlov hits the driver with his hammer, but fails to kill him.


The Byk opens fire on Simho and the Ski Trooper. The shot, that was supposed to hit the sniper is redshirted by the trooper, instead.

Bavarian Expedition Corps (Darthnox129):

The Panther and the whole infantry squad concentrate fire on the Byk, beating it down to it's last SP.


Dolph Vanderheim thinks, it would be quite cool to have a bigger and better gun and tries to enchant his lousy pistol...


...but unfortunately, only ends up, destroying it. FEAT CRITICALLY FAILED


He moves towards the battlefield, standing next to the other Bavarian soldiers.

Gvardiya Battlegroup (lawmaster):

One Flamer Guard grills a Fynnish ski trooper and the driver of the Aerosled.


The other Flamer Guy kills the ski trooper, that rammed the tree inside the tractor's tracks.


While the Guards with the Tesla Gun fail to hit, Nadya manages to destroy the Aerosled, rendering it completely useless.


The KV Tank fires a MK III Round at the Panther (still got a MK II and a MK III round) and deals one 1 SP (5 SP remaining) to the Bavarian tank.

Fynnish Patrol (Maddox):

Simho marks Ksovlov for the Ski Trooper, who fails to damage the cyborg.


Finally the sniper calls in the Fynnish Winter...


...which turns out to be so cold, even the battle hardened veterans of the Gvardya, having spend years in Siberian Gulag Camps, freeze their nuts off. FEAT SUCCESSFUL (-1 Skill for units of both Soviet teams for the next turn)

Soviet Battlegroup (Alex):

Ksovlov swings his hammer and finishes the last ski trooper.


The Byk fires at Häyhä with it's machin gun, beating him down to his last HP.

Bavarian Expedition Corps (Darthnox129):

Vanderheim grabs the rifle of the fallen Fynnish trooper and repositions behind the Bavarian squad. Every Bavarian fig concentrates fire on Ksovlov, also beating him down to his last HP.


The Panther rams the Tractor, destroying it along with it's driver. The gunner manages to escape, unharmed.
