Mystery on Combine - Turn 03

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday, welcome to 2016!

Turn order:
Construction Workers (14) - Firefighters (10) - Robots (9/14) - Research Team (9/10) - Sheriffs (8) - Undead (7) - Wolves (4)

The construction workers search the toilet

They find a wrench and a short-ranged weapon

Image
The first shot with the new gun misses fails to do damage

Image
Jason rams a group of undead with his skidloader but he can't move them. A citizen and warrior construct safely bailed away.

He sets the warhead to go off next turn.

The firefighters search the building after a civilian gets in safely.

They find a short ranged weapon, a large knife, and a rocket launcher with a single rocket.

They set up a defense with a civilian who refuses to run to safety.

A droid fires the mortar.

It slams into SSGT Andrus

He is slain, the member of the Research Team is not harmed.

Robots and droids advance up to the weapons stockpile.

Others take response fire from firefighters and a civilian.

One destroyer gets wounded and a droid is knocked down.

Droids fire back but their targets are saved by their cover.

The Wolf Rocketeer is gunned down from the stairs.

Samantha drives away, parking by the police station.

Her companion uses his jet pack after he recovers from the mortar blast.

He lands on the police station and fires at the undead, slaying the rider.

The sheriff runs and powerslides toward the Necromancer.

He tosses his gun to a nearby civilian.

He grabs the fallen shotgun and shoots the Necromancer point blank, but he's unable to cause any damage.

His valiance inspires the youth to grab a chainblade and ready to defend the weapons stockpile.

Another civilian sprints towards the fight.

This civilian, now armed, decides to stay and fight. The civilians will continue to fight if they witness feats of valor and bravery from their allies.

After the Necromancer fails to kill the sheriff, he rides toward the Wolf to help the attack, which also fails.

Constructs and zombies grab for Jason.

He's pulled down and infected.

The fallen warrior stands up and kills the disrupted Cowboy civilian.

Other constructs get the prison door open.

It goes poorly for the criminals inside.

Other constructs attack the construction workers.

Impressive wrench-fu could not save him.

The MG team begins to set up their weapon.

The Specialist calls for aid as best he can through the interference.

He drops the mic to help his comrade kill an undead horse. The rider is only disrupted.

High in the sky, Commander Havenfall receives a call for reinforcements from the ground. However, he does not believe the situation could have deteriorated as quickly as the message he's reading says it has.

L-man, do you reckon you could see if your medics can revive my dead deputy next to them?
