I rerolled the Initiatives and here's how it played out:

Billy Suits: A'right, This is Getting a bit Hot! Pat, too the roof,I'll be with you shortly!"

As Pat huffs and puffs his way up the side of the store Billy flips his table and smacks the big red button underneath!

BEEP, CACHUUNK-VVRRP
He sets off the Panic System, and smiles to himself as the high power plasma blaster installed in the roof unfolds and starts up.
(note: this Turret has two saved reaction shots per turn, taken if a non-mafioso moves with in the fenced in area, or takes a shot at it/a mafioso it has the stats of a 2 hp minifig, and a action+1 attack)

Billy Suits: "Now, for my trademark Slippery Escape!"
With a mighty pull up assisted by the automated turret's upwards motion, Billy takes to the sky

Billy Suits: "Hyupp-oh shit!"

Billy Suits: FUCKOW! BONK

"Purple Pat: You okay Boss?"
Billy Suits: What do you think, wise guy?"
FEAT SEMISUCESSFUL! SLIPPERY ESCAPE TO THE ROOF AND A 'PERCISION' LANDING'

Sensing an opprotunity when he sees one, Roof crook dives his angry inch and takes a good whapping at Billy! only to roll an utterly pitiful 2.

As her crook piles in behind her, diving for the fallen pistol Katie Takes a running start and attempts a bit of Heroic Acrobatics!

Only to critfail on her Heroic Feat roll!
FEAT FAILURE! ACROBATIC DODGE AND SHOOT TURNED TO A FACE-PLANT
Instead of dodging the first attack to come her way and blast the first copper before her, Katie takes a facefull of desk and blasts a plant to hell.
THUNK"Shit!"de-forestation!

and unfortunately for her, lands right in the Reaction area for the Turret.

Which Glances off her heroic Armour!

Crook#2 grabs the fallen pistol and takes a shot at Billy suits, His shot also Glancing off Heroic Armour, Poor damage rolls abounds in turn 2!

Seemingly unperturbed by the flury of jumps and blasts as of yet, Captain Shades takes a closer look at the crystal in his hand, realizing somthing's off...

Captain Shades: "Waitaminute boys! This here Crystal is a Quantumly entangled Trans-Transponder Crystal! This ain't no Valuble gem! Just a piece-o shitty Spacer Tech!"
Captain's fine eye for proper Bribes pays off yet again, and he tosses away the obscenely valuable but mislabeled crystal. A crystal that also happens to be at the very top of 'illegal to have contraband by order of the president' list.
Captain Shades: "BLAST UM BOYS! They Gots contraband!"
FEAT SUCCESSFUL! SPOT THE FAKE GEM, BLAST THE MAFIA ANYWAYS

Copper 1: "But uh... boss... Can't shoot no Mafia"
Captain Shades: "What doesn't mean you shoulden't Blast um!!"
The cops follow orders and shoot at the nearest things to them,
The cop nearest Katie opens up, while his peer and Captain Shades fire on the roof mounted turret, which in turn responds with it's second plasma blast.

P-TANG! SPLORCHZZ! "whoops!"
A cop get's Goo-ified, The turret loses an HP, and A shot goes wide.

Captain Shades grimaces at the wet splatter of plasmafied flesh falling across the fence and planter. He fishes his radio form his pocket and barks into it
Captain Shades: "K9, K9, WE've got a fourteen-niner-Bravo in progress, Requesting back up!"

In that very same moment, Catburgler Katie groans and fishes for her own Radio,
Catburgler Katie: "Dale!! We got scum on the pond, Pull in the Pickup and save our asses!"
Billy suits just grumbles form inside the AC unit, counting down in his head the seconds till the panic button's secondary function pays off.

All across the block, the revving of engines mixes with the Wee-Woo of Sirens and the Neighs of Horses
Two patrol cars, two cops with rifles, and 4 K9's (a Swarm unit)

A trio of Polo Playing Fancy Pants Mafioso Mooks arrive on horseback!

And A pickup with Three Tangtop Crooks Blasts down the road.
