ATTENTION, this battle is going to be very different from most forum battles you have seen, this will include three separate phases that must be won if the Karlovians are to win the battle, the PLA must defend the Karlovians and beat the phases one time to win, but that will be slightly hard.

After the PLA victory during the Blue Relik, they retreated to one of their border planets, Forgrat, there they set up a fortress and prepared to defend against the incoming Karlovian assault




These are the rocky beaches of Forgrat, the Karlovians must capture the beach to advance to Phase II



These are the PLA defenders (Plus an unseen Medik)



The defenders are ready to go!!



This is the leader of the Karlovians



And this is his army, the Karlovians will come in five waves of ten soldiers at a time.



There is also a bunch of specialists.

So everyone, please take a faction if you want, it is PLA vs Karlovians vs Secret Faction (Will appear in Phase II)

Yes you can, now that all the factions are in, I need orders for the Karlovians and the PLA. The orders are due on the 13th.

TURN 1

PLA





The Soldiers begin hunkering down and readying response fire.



A soldier wanders over to the missile on the wall



He picks it up and brings it back, wondering how to use it. (HIGHLY EXPLOSIVE)



Another one wonders what this thing is.



Ooh, random gun generator (Every other turn it generates a random gun)



This guy crouches down, but hurts his back, encouraging the others to not follow his lead.

THE KARLOVIANS



The Assault begins as the PLA's response fire thunders from their guns.



The Spider guy is killed - FIRST BLOOD!!!



Some other troops fire, but their guns explode, killing the one on the left and stunning the other one.




A couple guys move forward, their laser rifles firing, hitting one guy



Some other dudes move forward and drop to the prone position.



They hit one guy, but their attack is largely a failure.




The two Rangers fire their long blasters




Their aim is true and they drop two soldiers.

THE PLA



The Medik rushes over to begin healing his allies



The guy with the missile climbs out of the trench



He rushes over to the Karlovians



Ouch, looks like in his sprint roll, he tripped over that dead body



...



KKKKAAAAPPPPPOOOOOWWWWWWWWW-(Releasing saliva)-WWWSSSSHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!





The explosion tears up the Karllovian forces, killing seven of them!!! The Marine gave his life in order that the PLA could survive another turn...

The regulars open fire on the dazed Karlovians



They hit one guy




The Rangers open up

THE KARLOVIANS



This soldier's jetpack roars to life



It lifts him up, and straight at the Ranger!!



With a great landing roll, he kicks the ranger, crushing his chest cavity. (He is also now a minor hero, Cliche: Jetpack)



He quickly lifts his gun and fires



Striking a regular in the head.



These three open fire



Their aim is true (It was a hard shot, being only 1" away and everything)



The beast runs across the open beach, straight for the regular



He leaps at him



Eww, he sets to work chopping up the soldier's organs. <SOUND EFFECTS REMOVED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION>

The Jet hero flies over the field



He pushes every drop of power from the jet pack as he can, getting him to the Ranger FEAT SUCCESSFUL!!!



The Ranger tries to shoot the jetpack guy first, but drops his gun in nervousness



The Hero fires his whole mag into the guy, killing him three times over
