Lucas Kander: Alright, are the systems active? I'll transmit the code now, lets hope this work.
Kevin: Systems online, weapons ready to go.
Dr. Finklestein: Ooo this is exciting!

Octan Troop: Sir, a ship under the name of Valk 34 is requesting landing permissions. They've sent a valid code along with it
Octan Admiral: Deny access the bay. There should be no ships coming in as of right now, the 'Wreckage' will be arriving soon.
Octan Troop: Alright sir!

The platform begins to rumble, slowly and steadily.

Octan Troop: Sir! Incoming SHIP from warp!

Octan Admiral: Pardon?! Is there anything we can do? The 'Wreckage' is due later, this isn't it. Call in backups! QUICK QUICK!
Octan Troop: Sir, requests for backup have been made, but there's nothing we can do to stop the SHIP!

Out of nowhere, a SHIP pounces out of hyperspace. The 'Kestrel', a Minaglacia support frigate, is accompanied by two 'Magpie' Interceptors

Lucas: Holy mother of sweet god, what the hell's this!
Kevin: Oh shit, this can't be good. This isn't gonna be so easy anymore.
Lucas: No shit.

Another ship suddenly jumps from hyperspace.

GGE Pilot: The Immortal Alliance is here to take down this operation. Reports have come in that there will be something useful in it for us





LET THE FLEET BATTLE BEGIN

First off, yes it looks a bit plain and boring as of right now, but there will be another SHIP in the mix soon, and several other star fighters too.

The aim of the game is to complete objectives. These are both useful for you, but can also activate key events within the battle which will bring twists to the battle

The current are:
• Gain the Octan hangar bay (done by staying on it for one turn. Ground forces will then be placed on it afterwards)
• Open the control panel on the hangar bay (Spend a whole turn focusing on the panel, no other actions. Can only be done once in the game, and not by Octan themselves.)
• Gain control of an enemy ship
• First blood (Kill the first enemy)
• Spill blood (Kill your own guys. You can get inventive with this)
• I believe I can fly (Have a minifig jump into space with no jetpack)

Another point with the battle is that minifigures can breath and fly in space, but only able to travel in one direction unless they have a jetpack.

The GGE starfighter swoops down, taking a shot at the 'Kestrel' before moving on. No damage is dealt as the armor role was huge

The Bleaktron transport flies by, taking 1 HP off of the 'Kestrel'



Octan

Admiral: All troops take cover! I have a plan

The admiral runs up and throws a barrel towards the 'Kestrel'

The damage is enough to chip 2 points off, but isn't able to fully destroy the middle section



Valk 34

The Valk fires all it's shots towards one of the Magpie Interceptors, taking it all the way down to just 1 HP!

Lucas: Oi, doc, I've got an idea; convert all the ships powers to the shield power.
Dr. Finklestein: But wouldn't that fry the weapon systems of our ship?
Lucas: Yes, but it should also be enough of a charge to blast out and disable the other ships' systems, giving us a minute of safety to get in a better position
Dr. Finklestein: If you say so

Upon diverting all power to the shields systems, a wave blasts out, and fries all of Minaglacia's ships weapons for the rest of the round

The ships begin to circle the GGE fighter, ready to fire next turn

Crewmate: Captain, the weapons are down, and we're taking heavy damage, what do we do?
Admiral 49193: Do something! Are there any weapons we can use sir?
Crewmate: Nothing captain! All we have on this ship is us sir, everything else is fried!

my dropship will fly under the kestrel to the landing platform and start unloading troops
the gge fighter should make a sharp 180 and shoot the nearest minagalacian fighter head-on

Straight off, the Valk fires all guns at the Magpies, picking them right out of the sky. [FIRST BLOOD ACHIEVED]

It swoops down to the landing pad, hoping to secure the landing pad this turn. The octan troops fire their guns, taking an amount of damage off



Minaglacia

The crew exit the Kestrel to the landing pad, but their way to the control point is blocked with this inconveniently placed, unmanned ship!

The crewmate is then fired towards the Valk, achieving the [BELIEVE I CAN FLY]

The elegance of the situation is cut short as the crew mate splatters across the engine of the Valk. Although they have achieved [SPILL BLOOD], it is now clear that minifigs do not make great missiles, with it only dealing 1 damage to the ship.

The Kestrel fires it's cannons at the Bleak Company transport...

... But with a 1 on use, the bolt is reflected back at the Kestrel, chipping 1hp of damage off.



Octan

With only one obvious ship in sight, all guns are fired at it, bringing it down to 7/10 hit points



Immortal Alliance

The bleaktron transport unloads it's 3 troops, but with no space to land, they float down, ready to get on next turn

The two sides viciously fight each other, firing all guns in every direction... except for at each other. With everyone rolling 1s, all their guns burn out because of the intensity of this fight.

The fighter flies towards the Valk, seaking revenge for stealing their kills on the Magpies, but only manages to deal one damage, leaving it on 6/10 HP

Now that Minaglacia have secured the hangar bay, Azure Compact reinforcements are here to help! Luchardsko comes in with the 'Wedge' drone, and the 'Mosquito' Stealth fighter.

The troop reinforcements come in right next to the control panel, as everywhere else is full with people. A hero accompanies the 3 Skion troops - some sort of edgy dude.
