Xalen - Joshua

Image

Spinderella charges and knocks over the giant, biting him for 1 SP of damage.

Image

Xalen, Belen and Nimoƫ then wage an all-out assault on the downed giant, but his armour just barely holds.

Crimson Knights - Falk

Image

Goeting jumps on Spinderella's back, and she flicks him into the air in what looks like a practiced maneuver.

Image

Goeting lands sword tip down, slashing into the giant's visor. Blood oozes from the helmet as the giant's body shudders, then freezes.

Image

Crimson Knights attack Sir Skaie, who'd been dropped by the spider earlier. His fabled armour protects him against their combined assault.

Image

The sorceress and black swordsmen (now crossbowmen) shoot down all but one of the remaining infantry from the battlements.

Image

Sir Skaie jumps up and attempts a whirlwind slash to get out of the surround, but doesn't kill any of the knights around him.

The water mage hits Spinderella with his magic, but doesn't hurt her.

The final axeman misses a golden opportunity to charge Goeting.

The remaining knight almost kills the mounted screecher, but only almost.

(Yes since Round 2 my rolls got really bad  )

Then...

Image

Goeting: "ENOUGH! All of you STAND DOWN! Xalen came here demanding a trial, but your grand master insisted on a fight. He is dead now, so stand down, lower your weapons, and you will be spared!"

Image

Goeting: "Xalen, do you swear you will attack no one, and allow our justicars to preside over this matter?!"

Xalen: "... I do."

Goeting: "You all heard him! Now, let's settle this."

Thanks for playing! Congratz Falk and Joshua for winning what I thought was a pretty difficult scenario, with you being outnumbered and the objectives and terrain being what it was. Keep an eye out for the next one...
