Bull Knights - SirZaphod
The Bull Knights charge straight at the Black Knight's shield wall, and miraculously, no one dies! All attacks are either parried or armor holds out.
Black Knights - NPC
First, the heavy cavalry retreats, with the one free counter failing to do harm.
The cavalry ends up back with the rest of the army.
This rider-less horse continues forward, and after rolling a very lucky momentum roll, knocks this Undead knight a full 15" back!
He lands on the beige carpet.
The horse continues forward, going past the Undead's left flank.
A spearman successfully stabs a Bull and scores a kill.
These soldiers move up, ready to protect the cavalry.
This swordsman attacks the orc, but fails to kill him.
The halberdier with the red plume climbs up on the ruins while the knights line up behind the rest of the halberdiers.
Also, two archers tried to fire at Briktorth, but either missed or failed to hurt him.
Undead - SirZaphod
This knight sprints back onto the battlefield.
This necromancer tries unsuccessfully to raise the fallen Uruk-hai.
This one succeeds!
A skeleton is risen to fight once more.
The Undead charges at the Black Knights! First the left flank...
These skeletons fail at killing any of their opponents,
But after taking down a skeleton, a swordsman gets stabbed in the eye.
Killing him.
The Troll and Orks move up, with the Troll attacking Sir John Lannister, who was ready and blocks with ease. His counterattack is also blocked.
The rest of the Undead army moves up. A crossbow is fired, but is blocked by the spearman's heavy shield.
Sir Marcus Duhanden and his Troops - Scribonius
Andrew, Grigory, and Fritz form a quasi-shield wall while Sir Marcus winds up to hit another boulder.
'smack!'
The boulder lands right on target, but the Uruk-hai and Orc all bailed out of the way in time.
It rolls forward a bit before resting next to it's brother.
Sir John Lannister - NPC
He winds back to prepare for a big swing.
But it left him wide open to counters! The Troll smacks him square in the face!
Sir John loses his helm and an HP.
Easterlings - Gorvoslov
Not wanting to attack into the meat grinder, the Easterling ground forces vault onto the Oliphant's tusk and up into the ruins.
They attack the red plumed halberdier and Muradin, without much success.
Muradin: "Oh! So ya thought you could just sneak up behind me, did ya?"
Muradin: "Take that, ya flea-bitten mongrel!"
Briktorth decides to join the party.
He attacks Muradin, taking off an HP.
The Oliphant charges straight at the halberdiers with a loud roar!
The halberdiers immediately attack, chipping off an HP. 4 remain.
The Oliphant swings it's head and smashes it's barbed tusks into the Black Knights. First the guy on the ruins,
And then the rest of the line. But the halberdiers are tough, and just get disrupted. The Easterling archers also fire at the halberdiers, but fail to find a chink in their armor.
However, this was the exact opportunity the crossbowmen were waiting for. They fire a devastating volley straight at the Oliphant, taking of a whopping 2HP!
Wilhelm von Bragallot - Bragallot
In a predictable move, von Brag grabs The Big One™.
He repositions his launcher before lighting the rocket!
'swooosh'
VA-BOOOM!!!
Another pic, same explosion.
With a ridiculous damage roll and a 6" radius, the explosion blows a huge chunk out of the Undead ranks. And also creates a nice fire hazard.
Both black skeletons, the front armored skeleton and the necromancer are obliterated, with the other Elite Skeletons knocked back and disrupted. The Grim Reaper's horse is wounded as well.
This necromancer died, as well as some rock chunks.
Both spear bois are annihilated, and the Ork officer loses a HP.
This skeleton is also caught in the blast.
Sir Darius Wolfshelm - NPC
Sir Darius gallops forward some more, reaching the Black Knight's heavy cavalry.
Uruk-hai and Orcs - Infinity
The three ranged Uruk-hai and Orcs fire at Andrew, Grigory and Fritz, but only one arrow connects and doesn't inflict enough damage. The disrupted Uruk-hai get up.
These two also rise, and the Orc throws his axe into the knight's face, ending him.
The first pike-wielding Orc fails to hit...
But the second doesn't.
They then advance, staying just out of close-combat range.
Muradin Doomforge - NPC
Muradin starts spinning around, becoming a whirring tornado of death. He kills an Easterling as well as wounding Briktorth, who is on his last HP!
He then backs up a hair and grins at his handiwork.
Muradin: "Aye! That's how ya do it!"
Lillian Windstrider - Mr. President
Lillian misses a shot at Briktorth, but her second one doesn't miss.
It hits the Oliphant driver squarely in the gut.
He promptly drops to the ground, dead.
He also dropped the frog, who is now back on the ground.
An archer hurriedly grabs the reins and is now the new driver.
