Studland Popcorn (FINISHED)

Things are about to get explosive in Studland, and everyone can join in on the mayhem.

This is a Popcorn Style forum (discord) battle, which means the factions are not assigned to individual players. Before each turn, everyone in the discord thread may shout orders for any faction. The player who is first to send in orders for a faction, controls that faction for the turn. Players may control a maximum of 1 faction per turn. Players may control a specific faction over multiple turns.

There are 6 factions:

1. Python Kingdom - led by Lenny Havoc, son of the Almighty Benny. The squad has a grenade cart.
2. Crown Knights - led by Sir Alderic. The squad consists of spearmen, deadly in both ranged and close combat. They travel with a cart filled with extra spears.
3. Ronin - led by the green goblin, these guys don't mess around.
4. Studlanders - rallied around the Bertinator himself
5. Neo-brootz - Darth Meh and his materialized shadow are ready for carnage, and the dark sorcerer recruited a warband of neo-brootz to fight for him.
6. Deadly Spacemen - speaks for itself. The black DSM is the one to watch out for.

Initiative is rolled as follows: Neo-brootz, Ronin, Deadly Spacemen, Crown Knights, Studlanders, Pythonians.


A neo-broot heads over to the taxi, has time to slap on some war decorations, and revs the engine. He's prepared to run over some shiny dudes as soon as they round the corner.

Rest of the brootz move up to make live difficult on the Ronin. They open fire on the orangest minifig they see, to deadly effect. First Blood!, the neo-brootalz get a Benny.
The green goblin uses a response action to return fire, but his small firearm is just out of range so is unable to deal any damage.

Meh moves up and uses his feat to summon new shadowfigs. He is succesful - right next to him appears another pitch black minion. It is holding a Benny, which will be rewarded to the one who kills him, because Mehs feat only succeeded due to the bonus d6. The shadow is also holding a big fat blaster, however, and it fires on Sir Alderic - but the knights armor holds.

The green goblin uses his feat to leap into the air and crash down anime-style, knocking back the melee brootz.

This allows the Ronin gunmen to unleash on the brootz with rifles, killing one and disarming the other.

The swordsmen then ninja-flick into action, up and over the gunmen, to create a defensive formation.

The green goblin then stabs one of the disrupted brootz in the gut, killing him. "Look who's brutal too, b*tch".

Black Spaceman cracks open a container of maniac beer with his boys. "This is so much better than drinking our recycled urine!!" The boosted morale provides each of the DSM with a Benny this turn (feat critical success).

The red spaceman sprints forward to hack apart the guncart with his OTC lance. He misses completely and instead hacks away a chunk of terrain. The black spaceman is more deadly - he shoots the driver of the guncart very dead.

Red spaceman II fires the OTC from its container, randomly into the group of remaining Pythonians. It hits a gunman, straight in the ass. Needless to say the gunman doesn't live.

The yellow spaceman sprints towards the pythonians but comes up one inch short for some melee action. The white spacema advance and open fire - one crit, one critfail. A pythonian dies but the white spaceman topples backwards off the cliff. He'll spend his Benny to land on his feet undisrupted.

"I made it to the red cart, but what do I do now? I don't see any horses to pull this thing. This contraption is completely unknown to me!"

The spearmen prepare to unleash their spearthrowing skills to deadly effect. But their skillrolls are absolutely horrible. One dude sticks his weapon in the hand of his comrade, while the other throws his spear ánd himself at the brootalz, landing face-first in a flower patch.

This does provoke the taxibrootal to perform his response action - slamming the yellow car right into the knights. To great effect, as this knight won't live to tell the tale.

The knight attempts a charge at the shadowfig, but continues the tradition of botching the skillroll. He drops his sword and the horse begins to panic from all the idiotic failures.

Alderic jumps on the roof of the car and decapitates the taxibrootal.

Alderic then uses his feat to challenge the shadow minion to a melee duel. Ofcourse the knight is a better duelist, so he disarms his opponent. But upon delivering his fatal strike, his sword vanishes from his hand in a cloud of smoke and sizzling. (Feat failed)

Studlanders perform some high level gymnastics to get one of the hunters of the rooftop.

Mr. Hunter shoots and kills one of the Ronin swordsmen

The studlanders begin to move around the back of the house to flank the Ronin. The Bertinator is still mightily confused at what he just witnessed.

The bertinator uses his feat (and feet) to kick a hole in the wall, so that the men can go through the house instead of around the house.

The men adjust their course accordingly, and a high-five was given to the Bertinator for this magnificent idea.

The pythonian grunt closest to the guncart boards it, and decides to fire both grenades at the incoming spacemen. The first grenade strikes the red spaceman, sending him flying back to his creator. The second grenade strikes slightly to the right, hitting the black spaceman. He is also sent flying, but his heroic armor holds.

Lenny slices the yellow DSM in half...

... then takes a shot at the white DSM, but fails to inflict any damage.

The 2 remaining troopers book it down the hill to stop the knight from doing... something with the red car. The trooper takes a shot, but misses.

Lenny dashes forward and grabs the maniac beer dropped by the black DSM, kicking the white DSM in the teeth. "MINE!". He chugs the thing in one go.

*flickity-flack* the maniac beer in Lenny's veins prompts three Pythonian Ninja's to spawn, armed with Maniac weaponry.

Turn 2

The two brootal swordsmen charge the Ronin. The armed chief shops up a ninja, but is stabbed in the gut with the katana in the process. The other brootal straight up destroys a Ronin gunman.

The dark lord and his minions decide to engage the Green Goblin, because he has green skin but isn't on their team. The second minion therefore has to disengage from close combat with Alderic - the resulting free attack deals no damage to the minion though. The Green Goblin succesfully parries the axe hit, while the damage from the two guns doesn't penetrate his armor.

Darth Meh has a relatively very angry look on his face

Green Goblin chops up the shadow minion with his katana and fires at the neo-brootal next to the shed, but fails to deal enough damage.

Green Goblin then tries to use his heroic feat to create a pile of bodies large enough for his men to climb the shed. He critfails, resulting in a nice pile of dead bodies, with him disarmed at the bottom of it.

The 2 remaining gunmen fire at the neo-brootalz - one misses completely, the other doesn't mess around.

Without a way to get to the roof of the shed and with no clue where their hero is, the two guys decide to enter the shed trough the door. There they find a nice little homely interior, with a chair, light, desk and kitchen with cooked chicken.

Black spaceman rallies his men and orders them to engage Lenny Havoc with all they got. He then calls for reinforcements:
"DSMHQ, we need assistance"
"Support is alreary underway sir!"
"Seriously? I don't see it"
"Look behind you, sir"
...

DSMHQ sent.... A spaceship! The DSM cheer at the sight of such a magnificent killing machine.

The pilot begins his attack run by firing one of the heavy explosives right at Lenny, disregarding the proximity to the other DSM. Destruction comes first.

The damage is extraordinary. 2 ninjas are blown to bits, and Lenny manages to use the last one as a redshirt to save himself. He lands right at the center of the battlefield.

Both black and white spaceman are knocked back. The latter lands in the bushes nearby, while his hero lands on the docks on the other side of the river.

Welp, so much for the Pythonian reinforcements from last turn 😅


Lastly, this spaceboy runs back up the hill to join his buddies and retrieve their hero

Two knights head into the castle to do some lootin'. One finds a piece of body armor and a very sharp sword, while the other discovers a heavy rocket launcher - fully loaded and with clear instructions in medieval english.

Sir Alderic uses his pointy helmet to take a swing at the Darth. The blow lands, but deals no damage. This does allow the mounted knight to charge forward and smash into The Meh with his polearm. Sustaining incredible damage and critfailing his redshirt roll, the dark lord perishes. His minion vanishes, and the wounded orc is freed from the spell, leaving him with no master.

Neo-brootalz defeated!

The flowerbedknight gets up and walks over to his friends in the castle to tell them the good news.

This knight pushes a random button to try and start the car. He locks the doors, trapping him inside the red metal cage.

The bertinator uses his feat to call for reinforcements. It's a failure - his call is unanswered, but the Studlander overhearing it is deeply offended and decides to head the fuck home. "Screw this!"

One studlander heads up the stairs to be able to fire out the window. The others move through the house to storm the Ronin hideout next turn. Bertinator also takes aim at the shed door, but not before laying waste to the last brootal standing.

The blue car retracts its head and arms, taking on its mechanical form again. It revs the engine and storms towards the nearest meatbag.

The car deals miserable damage on impact, but launches the Pythonian all the way over the battlefield. The victim lands beneath the castle walls, unconsious.

Witnessing all these deadly machines around them, the remaining Pythonians decide they really need the grenade launchers operable again. The driver of the guncart carefully backs down the hill, while the trooper reloads the mounted weaponry.

Lenny gets up, heads over to the red car, picks it up and prepares to toss it towards the yellow car. This feat fails - picking up the car somehow started the engine, and the knight simply drives off.

Lenny does manage to snatch the shield off the hood.

At the edge of the battlefield, a dark portal begins to form. The same evil power that animated the blue car now prepares for more devilish deeds.

Turn 3

I re-rolled initiative as follows:
- Crown Knights
- Ronin
- ???
- Deadly Spacemen
- Pythonians
- Undead

- Blue Car
- Studlanders

Wouldn't want to spoil the events of the turn

Hidden under the black robes of the defeated Darth, Alderic sees his beloved sword thought to be destroyed, and reclaims it. Was Meh a trickster rather than a magician after all...?

He points it towards the skies for the battlegods to see - the universal sign of the Hero rallying his troops. But dark magic is involved after all, one final trick of Darth Meh. The call for reinforcements by Alderic is corrupted, resulting in...

The return of the bloodseeking Brootalz to the battlefield! Two swordsman, a gunner, a medik and a supabroot enter the carnage. Their goal is to resurrect the fallen Neo-Brootal chief and grant him the status of warbaws.

The mounted knight makes a mad dash across the open field and smashes his lance into the brootal gunners' body - to deadly effect.

The knights move up to form up around their hero. 3 of them stay back to protect the flanks from the brootals - the crossbowman takes a shot at them, but misses.

The knight who found the rocket launcher takes aim at the shed, presses the button that says FIRE, and....


The rocket takes a wrong turn, flying straight at the red car with the most adventurous knight inside

The enormous blast leaves nothing of the car except a giant scorch mark. The mounted knight and his horse were far too close and are destroyed. More importantly, Lenny falls victim to the explosion as well. He was just outside the immediate blast radius, but close enough for the extreme damage to do him in. RIP Lenny.

The green goblin finally frees himself from the pile of bodies

He picks up the body from a fallen Razor and tosses it at the rooftop sniper. "Fly for me one last time, brother"

It knocks the sniper off the roof, and the fall (or rather the landing) kills him.

The green goblin picks up his katana and makes a stand in front of the shed, facing Alderic with a challenging look. One of the troopers from the shed joins him - both open fire to no effect (one even loses his weapon)

Ronin reinforcements all but one move to the front of the shed. One of the heavy troopers makes sure to cover the rear - covering the rear in this case meaning 'blowing the arm off a studlander'

Sporting a little extra energy because they just arrived on the field, the Razors dash forward and lock into close combat with the armoured knight at Alderics left.

2 critfails - they stab each other... One is killed on the spot, the other takes no damage.

Their charge prompts a response action from Alderic and the knight, killing the second Razor as well

Last action by the Ronin is for one gunman to open fire on Alderic. The knight standing next to him redshirts the damage. Since he's wearing heavy armor, the shot bounces right off.

The ronin realize they're in trouble if they don't soon find a way to effectively deal with these heavily protected melee-men.

Next up is da brootalz


They decide to take the quickest route to their fallen warbaws, ignoring the fires burning in the remains of the red car. 1d4's decide that the supabroot catches fire as a result.

Supabroot uses his long stabby to attack the knight, but misses due to the fire messing with his chopping skills. Using an action to stop drop and roll is for non-brootz y'know

White Spaceman 1 runs up the hill and shoots a brootal in the back.

Red spaceman dashes forward and, using the angry inch, attacks the guncart with his OTC lance

White Spaceman 2 crawls out of the bushes and gets back on his feet. He walks over to his twin brother crewmate, hoping to find some bloody violence at the other side of the hill.

The last man standing of the Python Kingdom picks up the grenade launcher that was severed from the cart. He's prepared to go out in a blaze of glory.

He manages to set it off, blasting the red spaceman in the face.

The trooper is knocked back slightly. The launcher still has 1 round of ammo inside.

Lol I totally forgot about this Pyhtonian dude. He was knocked out, but not dead.

The dice decided that he wakes up but suffers extreme memory loss.

The pile of skellie bones starts to move...

Two giant skeletal beings form out of the remains of the undead horde. Creatures of great evil and magikal powers...

... commanded by the cyberman himself to destroy guncarts, and...

... to chant at a house.

The dark magic causes the front of the house to collapse in a big pile of colored rubble.

From the briks, 3 blokbots and a previously unknown brik creature generate. Destruction of minifigs is what they seek...

The black skeleton strides towards the grey house with the studlanders in it.

"Follooow meeeee" he speaks in an eerie voice.

"NO" speaks the brikleader. He decides to go the other way, up the hill. He's followed closely by this blokbots.

(blokbots are a new faction, taking orders separately from the skeletons)

Yellow blokbot decides to smash the blue car into pieces. We won't be getting a bossfight after all.

Brikleader fires at the white spaceman but fails to kill him - the spaceman does get frightened, giving him -1 on his next action roll.

Red blokbot spots the aircraft and gets enraged

Red blokbot throws his red coffeecup at the flying machine. It goes straight trough one of the wings, dealing 1 point of structure damage (3 remain).

Blue blokbot just stands there and doesn't feel like doing anything on his first turn.

The black spaceman, having not yet spent his action, fires at the brikleader who threatens his men from across the river. It's a big hit, dealing 2 points of structure damage (1 remains).

These 3 guys follow orders and run back inside the house, to engage the skeletons on the other side. One of them leaves behind his shot-off arm.

Dude number one somehow also blows off his other arm.

The other accidently opens the oven and finds a delicious meal. Having suffered for years from a crippling chicken drumstick addiction, he cannot contain himself. He drops his gun and gets to eatin'.

JT steps out of the house, prepared to hold off the demons but just out of range to engage them himself.

The Studlander on the first floor also opens fire on the white skeleton.

His actionroll is not cursed - he gets an Over The Top shot, but even the buffed damage does not beat the magikal armor of the skeleton.

The Bertinator apparently has a plan - he unhinges the heavy oak door and uses it as advancing cover on his way to engage the Crown Knights.

He uses his heroic feat to shoot the gas tank of the yellow car, right amidst the Crown forces. It explodes! The damage is not enough to kill the 2 nearest knights, but it does set them on fire. The yellow car is destroyed.

T3 Final Overwatch

Time for T4

Studland reinforcements are in their new outfits by the way. Quick re-dress.

Ronin have the initiative this turn

Green Goblin dashes forward and pauses for a second, soaking in the sharpness of his blade...
Image



... and performs a deadly spinning attack to slice them' knight to bits (feat success). One of the knights had to redshirt for Sir Alderic.

These Ronin troopers commence the 'not getting finished off' part of their instructions. They take up a defensive formation in front of the shed. With the front section of the Knights' forces already destroyed, they focus all firepower on the enemy hero.

They open fire to great effect, and another knight has to come flying in for redshirt duty. One trooper critfails and accidently swaps his blaster for a broom.

This Ronin Heavy moves up, grabs a spear, and takes up a position next to his hero - for he knows that without the green goblin, the Ronin shall be finished off within no time.

Crown Knights' turn



Alderic stabs his golden sword deep into the studland soil. "I've hath it with these prickxs" he mutters. With his shield as a storming ram, he charges towards the shed, prepared to take the whole thing down.

What a hit! The entire shed collapses. 3 Ronin troopers (1 inside, 2 outside) perish. The broomtrooper is merely disrupted. Unfortunately for the heroic knight, he himself sustains the heaviest damage from the collapsing building.

Alderic has been defeated

Since the feat by Alderic was technically a success, the knights move to attack the DSM as ordered. One has to catch up because he first had to stop-drop-and-roll.

The crossbowman fires at the white spaceman. BIG HIT, the enemy meets his end.

Studlanders are up



Bert calls out to the waters "Heeerrree Fishy Fishy!". Since he has a very loud voice, this does not go unnoticed. The black spaceman is promptly attacked by SHRAC: Sharkman Riding A Crocodile!

The croc attacks first but critfails, instead biting a rock and getting his jaw stuck for the turn.
Image



Sharkman dismounts and also uses his jaws for an attack. He grabs onto the heroic spaceman, but fails to do enough damage to kill him. The DSM is simply happy that his armor managed to hold.

Meanwhile, Studland reinforcements move up to tackle the first blokbot. Three of them, including the motorcyclist, open fire...

... but are unable to penetrate the 2d10 armor roll of the giant.



Although the rocketstudlander is 3" out of range, he decides to fire his missile. He hits! With an over the top roll, the rocket hits the blokbot right in the face...

But again, the damage does not penetrate the armor. Even with a black scorched face, the yellow blokbot is fine.

Bert and the 3 studlanders remaining in the house save their actions for response fire.

The dice decided that the blue car is still very dead (sorry nervyr)

Brootalz are next

Brootal medik attempts to revive a fallen soldier by stabbing him in the butt with his 10 blade.

He rolls a 1 and instead perma-deaths the dude.
Image



The medik and swordsman move up to the fallen warbaws to revive him next turn. They find the bertinator in their path, so the brootal engages. He swings his sword, but the bertinator parries the blow with his shielddoor.

Bert retaliates by shooting the Brootal in the chest from point blank range. Dead.
Image



Big ork attempts to charge and stab the green goblin but he fails to aim the large stabbystick in the right direction.

Next are the 3 remaining spaceman



The pilot brings his plane around and prepares for an attackrun on the blokbots

With an effective size of 3, he can only fire 2 guns. He pulls the trigger - one of the guns jams, the other gets a hit. Unfortunately, the blokbots' armor holds.

Black spaceman succesfully shoves the sharkman with 1 hand to release the grab. He then pulls the trigger of his gun - it's a big hit, which surprisingly beats the tough skin of the shark, killing it instantly.

He then calls DSMHQ again for reinforcements. Instead of receiving an airdrop of heavy weaponry, an angry tusken raider spawns between him and the OTC lance. "HHRRRUUU".

The tusken immediately opens fire but misses the shot

White DSM opens fire on brikleader, who was already heavily damaged last turn...

He shoots and scores and awesome kill! With an over-the-top blast to the face, brikleader is no more.

He then moves up towards the beach, to be able to rendez-vous with black spaceman next turn.
Image



Next up are Blokbots, and after that Pythonians and Undead



Yellow Blokbot picks up the remains of the blue car, and prepares to toss it at the big ork

He critfails the actionroll and instead drops the vehicle onto himself. This deals no damage but the blokbot is disrupted.

Red blokbot picks up a large brik and tosses it at the plane
Image



It hits the windshield but deals exactly 0 damage.
Image



Blue blokbot is ready for trouble. He whips out a very special weapon: THE BLOKCHAIN

He swings it in a big arc above his head, and lands it right on top of the black skeleton, straight up murdering the evil spawn.

"WTF is going on"

"Right, this is making things much more clear for me."

... "But I still have no idea what I'm doing here."

The last actionable Pythonian searches the remains of the rocketcart. He finds the grenade that is still usable.

"DIIIEEEEEE!"

KABOOMM

The Pythonian used his Benny to boost the explosive damage far beyond what the evil skeleton could handle. They are both destroyed, and studlander JT is killed in the blast as well, since he critfailed his bail roll.

Every blokbot takes explosive damage too, but all their armor holds.

The last 3 skellies prepare to throw rubble at the spaceship. Together, they gather all the discarded evil energy in the area and form it into a giant sizzling ball...

They then fling it towards the plane overhead - it's a hit!

The plane is instantly destroyed with the pilot very dead

The plane is rekt

The remaining skeletons then approach the studlander house
Image


Also, at this point I decided to just call it:

**Python Kingdom has been defeated**

The amnesiac trooper in the castle has forgotton who or what pythonians are, so he doesn't count as one of them anymore. He'll just act out the battle without affiliation.



Reinforcement time!!

*WHAARRR* A band of plundering vikings arrives on the shores of Studland. They count 8 total and are commanded by the heroic Åsbjørn.

The evil portal hasn't closed yet. 7 more undead arrive, bringing their total to 10.

***VRROOOOMMM*** Brootal reinforcements never just arrive - they come partycrashing right in. A heavy truck with 4 brootalz speeds past the shed, crushing a Ronin heavy.

It comes to a full stop in the middle of the battlefield. In the trunk, a heavy machine gun is mounted.

That's not all for the brootalz! 3 more arrive. Most brutal of them is the tan Big Ork with a cannon replacing his right arm - he is nicknamed the Skorpion. The other brootalz carry a medium rocket launcher and a broadsword. This brings the total number of brootz to 9 (of which 2 large, 1 medik)

The Ronin broomtroopa is very concerned as to how close these brutes spawn to him and his hero.

Right when the last 4 Crown Knights reach the top of the hill, more forces arrive to their aid. 4 armored knights and 3 spearmen, commanded by the Green Knight Sir Gerhard. This brings their total back up to 12.

3 more studlanders arrive, with weapons and some supplies. They now total 12. This includes 1 motorcyclist, 2 rockettroopers and ofcourse the Bertinator.

Last but not least, the Ronin receive backup. 3 Razors, 4 gunmen and 2 Heavies arrive. The Heavies carry rocket launchers with incendiary ammo. This brings their total back up to 11 - the green goblin and broomtroopa are up ahead.

BURST FIRE
! The crazed brootal gunner uses the mounted machinegun to fire a spree of 4 bullets at the bertinator. The first injures a studlander, the second hits the soil, the third hits the bike without any damage. The last shot...

The big ork picks up the trooper and tries to shove him into his cannon. But picking up the trooper brings the broom very close to his tiny nose. He sneezes - "ACHOOO" - and accidently fires his cannon into the air. (feat failed).

The runaway shell headshots the trooper in the tower. He has now also literally lost his mind.

The other big ork moves up and gives the bertinator a big fat shove with his shield, slamming him to a wall. This provides cover for the medik to revive the fallen warbaws in peace.

Over The Top and with two critical d10's, the action deals enormous damage. The entire squad of Ronin is obliterated, leaving only their green goblin hero and the broomtrooper in play.

Deadly Spacemen's turn



BDSM sprints past the vikings towards the evil portal, readying his spacetoolkit to start draining power

Undead's Turn



The skeletons bundle their magical powers to cast an evil spell unto the blokbots. They succeed! Each blokbot now feels terrribly sad hurting the undead, *literally* falling apart piece-by-piece whenever a skeleton dies.

A skeleton then decides to headbutt the red blokbot.
"lol, i'm ded".

The skeleton dies indeed. The spell immediately takes effect, since the red blokbot technically killed the skellie - his sadness makes him lose an arm.

The skeletons then move up towards the grey mansion to eat brains.

Vikings' turn



The tusken raider fires his rifle at a viking but fails to beat the tough scandinavian armor

The first viking in line tries to retaliate, but critfails and drops his sword.

When one viking fails, there's always another one to take over. The axeman makes short work of the sci-fi barbarian.

Asbjørn uses his heroic feat to try and tame the crocodile. He picks up the Bait-fil-A, lures the croc, readies a jump, and...

Success! The nordic king now rides a fearsome beast.

Two vikings hack away at the White Deadly Spaceman. One critfails and destroys his axe, the other deals pispoor damage.

But once again, when two vikings fail, there is always a third to take over. The last of the epic spacemen is no more.

**Deadly Spacemen Defeated!**

The nordic king, his mount and a viking attack the blue blokbot. They deal incredible damage! But...

The 2d10 armor of the blokbot absorbs most of it. It is only dealt 1 out of 3 size damage. But more importantly, it's effective size is now 2" and so it's armor only 1d10, which should be much easier to beat.

And the viking archer immediately takes advantage! With a well-aimed shot, it deals another point of size damage. 1/3 remain on the blue blokbot.

That concludes the vikings' actions. On to the Crown Knights.



Gerhard inspires his men to charge over great distance, to be able to attack the brootalz this turn, while they are vulnerable.

"CHARGE! FLY! RUN! ATTAAAACCCKK!"

This aggressive approach goes at the expense of the mens' effectiveness in combat. They receive a sizeable movement boost at the cost of -1 Action Penalty and -1 Armor.

The first two knights don't give a crap about these combat penalties. They dash onto the truck and slay the machinegunner.

Another knight tries to hop on the truck and take a swing at the brootal on the roof, but critfails and lands on his head.

3 spearman prepare to take out the last brootal in the trunk. Two of them take a stab, the other readies a throw.

The brootal dies to a spear to the neck. He returns fire but misses. The spearthrower critfails, resulting in a very painful (not deadly) new portal in play, on his mates' arse.

The warbaws prepares to square off against three knights. He's outnumbered so also receives a -1 on his heroic action rolls.

The encounter results in a second death for the warbaws. He was unable to parry with the shield he picked up - a parry with his broadsword was succesfull. Nonetheless, two melee weapons to the face was enough to do him in, again.

This knight makes it all the way to the brootal medik, only to fail his action roll. So he just ends up standing there.

Lastly, Gerhard rushes down the hill. He yeets his sword and kills the truckdriver, BrootalYoda.

Rambo Studlander then attempts to open fire on the brootal medik, but discovers that he forgot to load his gun with ammo. Dumb.

The two studlanders dash forward, ready to kick some undead ass. Armless Jimmy shoves a skeleton while Eddy picks up the gun.

Just in time, Eddy fumbles the gun in the right direction and pulls the trigger to great effect.

The horde follows the brains.

The studland heavy rocket trooper has an excellent idea. "GET DOWN!" he yells at his teammates. The fires the rocket, hoping to become the fourth minifig this game to obliterate an entire faction with a single explosive.

A critfail on his actionroll results in the rocket landing halfway to the targets, becoming a dud.

The second studland rockettrooper launches a light missile at the yellow blokbot. Since the blokbot is pinned under the blue car, it's an Auto Hit.

Did anyone think a size 1 explosive would be enough to deal with the 2d10 armor on the blokbot? Because it's not.

Bert has major plans: steal the trucks' minigun. He leaps onto the hood, then onto the roof, over a dead brootal, and drops into the trunk. He pulls the minigun with both hands to separate it from the base...

Blokbots' Turn

With a mighty noise, all 3 blokbots completely fall apart to form a big pile of briks.

And from this pile of raw power and plastic material, arises the BLOKBULL.

For it's initial action, the blokbull headbutts a viking so hard that only a helmet and red sand remain.

The sight of the horrific beast has the vikings kakka their paints. Without hesitation, they turn around and make a run for it.

The BLOKBULL raises it's tail and poops out a GIANT rocket. It flies straight at the brootal truk.
