High Tide (Round 5)

The Kvernians kill three of the Drakloni and push towards the cave. The bodies mysteriously disappear, possibly the magetriarch's doing.
The attacks against the Silverwolves fail, including this one.
The Wizard of the Great Acorn, despite some botched rolls, manages to summon roots that grasp the nearby hand cannoneer and pull him into the ground.
The Silver Princess tries to turn the dog back into a terrifying wolf.
'AAAH MY FACE!'
It's terrifying alright.
That's one too many failures for the Silver Princess, who goes down.
The disciple, revealing her true guise as a deadly assassin, shoots the ballista, misses, hits the Magetriarch instead but deals enough plowthrough damage to hit the guy she was fighting as well. D-d-double kill!
Ok, one was friendly fire, but
The remaining Silverwolves fail to kill anything.
The wizard is quite befuddled by the Reaver's continued failed attempts to hit him.
The Silverwolves and Draklon Raiders, both outnumbered 3 to 1 by the Kvernians and hostile towards each other, decide to tactically regroup and fight another day.
The Kvernians wait out the tide and march into the cave, hoping that they'll be on time to provide assistance to the mage who entered it before them.
