Brikspace Turn 5

The secret faction appears! It consists of two starfighters with light lasers and one bomber with a plasma bomb launcher (a shorter-ranged heavy missile launcher with no ammo limit).

The bomber opens fire on the Nurse Shark, but misses.

The two fighters join in the assault, and do a point of damage.

The defense frigate speeds up to pace the freighter, and keeps its shields up.

The Republic ships move up, but fail to do anything.

The Noral Shipping escort brings down the Trick Shot.

The freighter, now under new management, accelerates towards the jump zone. Two more turns and it will be able to jump. The Coalition can still stop it if they move quickly, though.

The Tiger Shark begins to match courses with the freighter.

The Nurse Shark opens fire on the escort frigate... (It has 12 missiles left)

... and brings it down.

The Hellfury moves up and, despite an impressive fireworks display, fails to damage the Republic ships. It has four missiles left.

Space overview. All three fighters will run into the mine's blast radius next turn if they don't change course. Fortunately they have more than enough acceleration to get out of the way.
The Coalition can probably catch up to the freighter before it jumps, but they won't be able to fire until the last Coalition boarding trooper dies.

The rifleman drops the now useless launcher and grabs a hyperdrive part.

The clone rocket trooper attacks Captain Cutlass.

Although he hits, Captain Cutlass survives the blast.

The rifleman shoots and misses. The clone rocket trooper is out of missiles; he only has a pistol now. Fortunately there are plenty of more powerful weapons lying around for him to pick up...

I thought i got Hellfury back? God-damned hard drive! I loved the Hellfury!

Do you get it back? I'm not sure if the "i'm giving it to a sub" clause is permenant or not. You'll have to check with TBD.

Regardless, I love it when a plan comes together.

I told 501st to PM IVhorseman and ask for it back. At this point it is basically permanent.

I added victory points, since we hadn't had them for a few turns.

Orders due 24 hours from now. I have only received them from Cpl. Halan, 501stCadians, jifel, and birdman.
