Diglett takes 5 damage!

Diglett strikes back with rock throw!

But he's not so lucky with damage this turn. The 4x not very effective move only does 2 damage.

Mareep lights up its body with spark and charges at Chikorita!

But its not very effective. Chikorita only takes 3 damage.

Chikorita gets back up and runs towards Diglett.

Image

Image

And hits him with vine whip!

Image

Thanks to a really lucky super effective roll, Diglett takes 15 damage!

Zubat is immobilized.

The fire on Silver's pants goes out and reveals what is left of his pants.

Still pantless, Silver makes a break for it.

Only to crash into an invisible forcefield!

Image

As he falls to the ground Silver hears a faint voice whisper "No! There's no running from a Trainer Battle!"

END ROUND 5

Overview

Chikorita probably got the luckiest roll I've seen. It got a 1 on the 1d8 but got two 6s in a row on the 1d6 bonus die. Also, Zubat will be able to attack next turn. BTW does anyone actually listen to the tracks I'm putting at the beginning or should I just stop using them?

Orders due in 24 hours.

Why is Rock Throw 4x not very effective?

I admit, I don't really listen to the tracks, but I have most of them on iTunes, so that's sort of a null point. And Chikorita is owning majorly. I'm also enjoying the speed of the battle. Excellent work!

Diglet doesn't learn rock throw, not by leveling up or by teaching!

No! You can't run away from a trainer battle!...

They should have allowed guns in the game...no more trainers to battle, you could go away.

That's true. It's only 2x not very effective, because of the steel type, but it's neutral against electric.

PS. I listen to the tracks.
