BlockWars: Conflict for the Crown - Turn 3
Posted: Sun Jun 14, 2009 11:53 am
Yes its finally here!(I couldn't get upload time). Two more factions are eliminated but its not the end, anything could happen.
Quick overview(from last weeks round, sorry for small picture)

Fenix's Turn:
Fenix uses a heroic feat to pull of an EXTREMLY OVERPOWERED FIREBALL! and turn McBuck's death squad into a neat little pile of ash...

As you can see, Fenix isn't very lucky when it comes to rolling a dice. 5 against 10 makes Fenix join his pet phoenix.

The Death Squad grin smuggly.

Draak's Ceberus' Turn:
The Ceberus is still chewing on Gravious' head.

The Ceberus moves closer to the Crown, trampling The King in the process.

The Ceberus eats tries to eat the Crown(and the King's head!)(Yes, thats how he becomes the King)...

And swallows it with a roll of 15-8! Draak's Ceberus is the King!

The King/Ceberus spits out the former Kings head across the battlefield.

Mr Skul and his army of undead's Turn:

The Skellies and the Pants mob attack The King/Ceberus. The King/Ceberus is killed with an combined attack roll of 9+3+3+2(17) against 9. Draak also tries to help but is out of range.

The Crown spills out of the Ceberus' not-rotting-yet corpse...

But so does one of the Ceberus' victims - still alive but trapped - I wonder if he is of any importance?

Mr Skul tries a heroic feat to revive everyone within a radius.

The laws of physics do a crappy roll of 1 against Mr Skul's good roll of 9. Everyone within a radius is revived...

...General Gravious (i don't see how artificial organisms can be revived
)...

... The Beheaded Skelly on the propellered horse...

... The Cerebus (with the mysterious stranger still trapped in its wound)...

... And the former-former King.

Bucky Mcbucks Turn:

His Agent, Creamy Vanilla tries to pick up McBucks and succeed's with a useful use roll of 5 against 1.

McBucks therefore saves himself from using his turn to get up.

The Death Squad open fire at the Ceberus.

The Ceberus is killed again.

The Mysterious stranger still stuck in the wound. Someone would have to try and break him out of there for him to be any use. (Tries not to hint)

McBuck's is going to use one of his 3 heroic feats to distract the Terminator.

"Look! It's John Connor!"

McBucks rolls an impressive 16 against a good 8. The Terminator falls for it!

He runs as far as his move will carry him (move wasted)...

...And fires randomly into the distance (action wasted)

He actually hits this guy...

When he relises he's been tricked, its too late and he has no turn left.

Overview:

But wait! Theres someone teleporting in!

Its a Dalek!

"EXTERMINATE!"

It moves towards the gathering of undead...

"EXTERMINATE!" (4 against 4)

Draak is re-killed.

"EXTERMINATE!" The Dalek narrowly misses Gravious (i decided that the dalek laser would kill anyway so it misses instead)

Gravious looking smugger than usual

Final Overview of Turn 3:

So the Conflict for the Crown is getting smaller - but will there be more surprises? Who is the mysterious stranger? Why is The Terminator here? Will Mr Skul expand his personal army? Who will win the Conflict for the Crown? Tune in Turn 4 for more Crown Conflicting!
Warhead and RDLC, orders due Saturday 4:00pm GMT.
